chapter 3

Can you guys guess the person who stole my diary. It was my own best friend, Keliah. Fauzia is soo wicked to the extent that she used my best friend to carry out all her evil plans. My mum conspired with her the last time she came to my house. Who on earth would have thought Keliah will do this to me. Keliah should have disagreed when she asked her to help her  (Fauzia ) with her plans. After all Keliah was afraid of the torture and humiliation she was going to receive from Fauzia. Fauzia is like a mafia leader, you cannot play or joke with her due to the consequences. After all,i don't blame Keliah. 

Monday

I was in the library  searching for a book when I heard some female familiar voices. I walked closer to where the voices were coming from and to my ultimate surprise, there stood Keliah, Michelle,Clara and Sasha (MICLASH)talking. Keliah pulled out my diary from her bag and  passed it to Michelle who hurriedly took screenshots  and  hurriedly printed.Michelle had printed about a hundred sheets. I hope she hasn't seen things I wrote about Kevin in my diary else I am dead. I didn't know why I didn't go there to stop them. 

After they printed the sheets out, they made a phone call to someone who I personally think is Fauzia, because the other time I saw her with Clara in town. When they were done, they gave the diary to Keliah to go and drop in it my locker. 

I was lost in thoughts when I suddenly heard their footsteps coming towards my direction. I quickly hid behind one of the  closest shelves. I stayed behind the shelf for about a minute and came out when I felt they had left.I heaved a sigh and left the library, they had spoilt my day and I didn't feel like reading. I placed the book in the right shelf and left. I was walking on the corridor when I saw Kevin. He also saw me and waved at me at a distance. I was confused, why didn't he come to me, but just waved me. I was lost in my thoughts until Michelle, Clara and Sasha brushed past me. This brought me back to my senses. They were just annoying me, why did I have to see them everywhere I went. They couldn't even mutter a word of forgiveness or even say sorry. 

I went back to class and guess what we had one of my favorite lessons;Algebra. But guess what I couldn't concentrate on whatever that was going on in the class,that I started scribbling some designs in my Algebra Note book.I didn't even realize the time Miss Kimbell, Our fashionata algebra  teacher came to my table. She asked me what I was doing after she had taken the paper from the table. I could not find any reasonable answer for her so she just gave me a two hour detention after school. This means I had to miss work today. I hate it when I miss work, because work had been keeping me up for the past few months. I tried explaining to Miss Kimbell tgat I was sorry for what happened and that I was just going through some emotional stress. She told me since she had pronounced my punishment she was letting me go scott free. I heard that this woman gave the worst detention to students who misbehaved in her class. 

Now am going to have a detention because of Kevin, Keliah,Michelle, Sasha and Clara. They are just making me freak out. So after I was done with my after school two hours detention, I left and on my way I stopped by at my work place and told the owner of the place why I couldn't make it today. She was sympathetic and Told.. me not to repeat that again. I got home thinking I was going to rest only to be met by an angry looking Mrs Fauzia Samuels and worried Mr Samuel's standing in the doorway and a sleepy MacKenzie who was sitting in the couch. I was really exhausted from all the walking. 

When I entered, my stepmom started asking me questions on where I was as if she cared about me. The first she said was oh my gosh, where were for all this while you got me and your worried. I just sighed because I knew she was just trying to have my dad's attention by being  nice to me. My dad was soo worried that he couldn't even say a word, he just stretched his arms for a hug, so I run into his arms and had the best hug  after my mother had died. He used to hug me every day, but after my mum died and also when he remarried, He stopped hugging me.I was really happy after the hug,my dad offered to take me up to my room. Fauzia become very angry after my dad offered to take me my bed  room. While we were climbing the stairs, I heard her say "Why wouldn't he carry MacKenzie who is fast asleep in to her room. But rather sends this little bitch who is old enough to walk up to her room. He is treating MacKenzie like she is not his daughter." I chuckled at her and she also threw a wide glare  at me while I and my dad where climbing the stairs. My dad sent me up to my room and helped me change into some new clothes after I had a refreshing shower which really helped because I had a very exhausting day. He got me in my comfy bed  and later on I told him I will be okay so he can leave but he did not go. He took one of the night time stories he used to read for me on the bookshelf in my room and came to read it to me while patting my head. I slept in less than two minutes and let me say this was the best sleep I  ever had. 

Saturday l

I woke up only to find my dad fully dressed. I was surprised to see him, but he came over and gave me a kiss on my forehead. He told me to go and shower as he had a surprise for me. I hurriedly got out of the bed because I just wanted to see what my father had for me. Because it been a long time since I had received surprises from friends and family. In about ten minutes time I was done bathing, I stepped out if the bathroom only to find my dad placing my breakfast on the table. I opened my mouth in surprise and just stared at him. What was changing my father to his old good ways, well people change soo.. 

My dad just told me he got me this and left the room for me to be able to dress up. I wore one of my mini gowns with a heel and also applied a little makeup. 

When I and my dad got to the e D of the stairs we saw Fauzia standing there wuth her daughter, MacKenzie. MacKenzie was fully dressed up but her mum hasn't dressed up. Where the hell did MacKenzie think she  was going to. I think her mum overhead my conversations with dad this morning. So she also dressed MacKenzie so she go with us. Fauzia asked my dad where he was going to and he told her he wanted to go out with only me. Fauzia was just talking about him not loving MacKenzie, but dad knew he had done a lot for MacKenzie ever since she set foot in the house. Fauzia went on to say that he was treating MacKenzie like she wasn't his daughter. But we all know that my father is a step dad to MacKenzie as she is also a step mom to me. And he knew this was the time he had to care for me too. Since I was still holding my plates I headed to the kitchen to wash my pkares while my parents still argued. After some time, I realised the noise had seized, so I came out and left with my father. Before I left I heard mutter some words it shall not be well with 

We first went to a fancy restaurant in the town and had many kinds of delicious food. My dad took me to the  mall to pick up new dresses and shoes. After a long time, I was changing my wardrobe.  Getting  a new wardrobe means giving out the old dresses to the poor. My dad made me buy everything I wanted in the mall. When we left the mall my father bought some vanilla ice creams on our way to the pack. I heard a great time there as I saw many people and made new friends too. We left for the cinema and we watched one of my favorite movies which was The Black Panther which had Chadwick Boseman as is star or main character. We bought some food on our way as we knew Fauzia wouldn't prepare any food because of what happened this morning. 

We got home  about home about eight o'clock and moved it my room. My father put a blindfold over my eyes and sent me to my room. I just opened my mouth in surprise as I saw that there had been some changes in my room when we had left earlier this morning. The painting in my room had changed from Manchester tan to silver gray which was one of my favorite colors, my old furniture had been changed all in silver gray and white. My bed had been changed into a silver gray queen sized bed,my wardrobe had become bigger and filled with all types of clothes which I bought from the mall. This was why dad sent someone to come for my clothings. I got a new personal computer and a study table with silver gray and white curtains. My room was just made up of two colors which were silver gray and white.Guys do you know something, my dad got me two fabulous pets;a kitten and a puppy. I was planning on naming the kitten Daisy and the puppy Emol. And the biggest surprise was a portrait of I and my mother which was painted by one of the famous painters in the world. Seeing a picture of my mom made me and dad cry, because we cherished her soo much.We ate our  food in silence and  I had my shower and came back to find my dad sleeping in the couch in his pyjamas, I climbed the bed and had the best sleep after a long but happy exhausting day. 

Sunday 

I woke up pretty  early today which is quite unusual of me.When I woke up my dad wasn't there, I guess he went up to his room when I fast asleep. I had my shower and wore my normal clothes. I was about leaving the room when my dad opened the door. He told me to go and dressed up for church. I enjoyed the best service at church today and I was soo excited. 

I made new friends new friends today and had the opportunity to join the youth  choir. I love the dad I have now. He is changed for the better by showing me all the love a daughter deserves from her father 

Oh like I forgot to tell you guys I had gotten a new friend which was Brittney  who prefers to be called Brittie during the week. I bumped into her on my way to the washroom and there we agreed to be friends.
