chapter 3

Rose's POV

"Let's get married "he said with a straight expression .

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK OF YOURSELF !!" The thing that I had been controlling ,unable to keep it still ,I immediately exploded ."IS IT KIND OF A JOKE….. ,IF IT IS LET ME TELL YOU , IT'S A WAY BAD JOKE "

Seeing me shouting out of control ,a nurse came running towards me .She requested me to maintain silence .

I again took a deep breath , trying my best to control my anger .I looked at him ,who stood completely speechless.I let out an angry sigh and went back inside the room .I forced smiled at grandpa ,who was giving me a continuous curious look ,as if expecting me to disclose the things that happened between me and him.I moved my hand to grab my bag while in time , Ryan  entered the room . Avoiding his gaze ,I spoke "grandpa ,I'll visit you next time" I kissed his cheek and was about to move out when, Ryan blurted out the words which I least wanted to hear 

 "Grandpa ,we are getting married !"

Before I could think and react , grandpa immediately , started to laugh in a joyous manner , I  turned my face towards him ,when he was already shaking hands with my grandfather ."Oh my god ,you should have said earlier ,I knew it ,.... congratulations ,Rose and Ryan  " tears started to flow out from his eyes .He started to wip .I looked at him for a sec ,he looked so happy ,much more happy that for a moment I even forgot that it was a lie .I shaked my thoughts and hesitated to say "It's not that grandpa ",I again looked at him and said "we need to talk "with an expression of suppressing anger.

"Grandpa we'll meet you next time "I forced a smile .Then ultimately grabbed his hand and dragged him to the parking lot ,which was the only place where I could finally vent my anger .

"What the hell do you want ?" I said controlling my anger .

"You!!" He replied in a sec as if knowing what I was supposed to ask .

"Shut up... don't joke around "I don't know why but my neck automatically turned towards the side , avoiding any eye contact .

Ryan's POV

So she is the shy type ,I said to myself .

"I'm not joking ,I want you !"I said with the extreme sincerity that I could show ,to win her over ,after all I do was to have her . Actually to be true I'm dying to fuck her .

All my vulgar thoughts were interrupted ,when she again asked "And why is that ?"she was trying best to look calm when certainly she was not .And I could see the anger in her eyes .And that is what I wanted .The way she is playing hard to get , the way she is refusing , the way she is making me wait ,I want that ,I want her .

"Don't you think it would be nice ,if we both get married ,I mean just think ...you can get all of my money ,my stardom ,my respect and I wouldn't have to worry about finding an obedient wife .I mean that is what my parents and your grandpa wants " I moved a little closer to her and continued "that's why they both have been trying their best for us to meet ,so come on ….just think of it as a contract , a friends.with benefits kind of situation "I smirked.

She again lifted her mesmerizing gazing over me (Author Pov  : actually it was only him who think it was mesmerizing when clearing she was striking arrows of anger with her eyes )and said " SHUT UP  " a straight but at the same time with an expression of extreme disgust spread over her face.

She turned and was about to move out when I immediately grabbed her hand and spoke "your grandpa has only a year left "

She  pulled her hand back harshly but didn't turned .I could sense that she was already crying and don't know why ,but an arrow of pain also started to strike in inside of my  chest .I have never felt like that .I liked her when she refused me ,I liked when she was extremely anger ,I liked the way she gives me a look of disgust ,but this I don't like it .I stepped a foot forward and put my hand on her shoulder to comfort her while she shove my hand in anger and said " don't think about lying about this thing again ,cause ,next time I won't let it go "her voice appeared to be way bold then earlier but still there seemed a hidden shrillness that sounded as if asking for help.

"Hey!!  ,are you ~" I was about to complete my question  when she interrupted "I'm fine ,just don't joke about that again " she was trying her best to calm herself .But the more she was trying the more I wanted to hug her ,and the more I wanted to hug her ,the more I wanted to say ,it's fine .I don't know why so fucking I am worried .There was a part of me saying that  she was nothing to me but still ,was a part of me wanted to know her more .

"It's not a joke ,I talked to the doctor about his condition "

She wiped off her tears and finally turned towards me ,"What did he say ?"she asked ,still not looking at me .

" He said that your grandpa has only a year left ,so you should try your best to keep him happy and in a good mood ...and that is why I offered you marriage " I placed my hands over he shoulders "think how happy he would be to see his only granddaughter to get married ….think about it ,I won't force you after all it's your choice "

She lifted her gaze to meet my eyes ,I could see her dry yet filled with moisture eyes .So she was really crying .

" I'll give you two days to think Miss Bell ,and I hope you say yes to our collaboration "
