"Somebody!!"

"Anyone?" 

She cried as tears began flowing from her tender cheeks, the salt water mixing with the dried blood on her trembling lips, the once happy and beautiful lady was now on her knees, past wounds reopening with new blood, continued begging him to let her go.

"Cry all you want, weakling, no one can hear you.", he snarled while walking closer to her. She quivered as he came closer. When he got close to her face, he smirked and lifted her high into the air. A few seconds later, he threw her hard on the ground as she tried to stand up, but he cupped her face in his hands. 

"Ko-r-rain, please, don't do this!", she yelled as he grabbed her by the throat. "And what can you do about it, princess?", he said. His menacing laugh shook her to her core. "It looks like you're mine now, Ae-Cha." 

"P-Pl-ease, K-orain!", she stuttered as he tightened the grip on her throat. "What was I thinking, falling for a worthless mutt like you!!", he laughed. "You're nothing to me, so I might as well dispose of you."

 He walked over to the edge while tightening the grip on her waist. He was about to drop her when he heard a quiet sniffle. Ae-Cha's eyes were pooling with tears as she closed her eyes tightly to ease the pain that would come on.

"You'd think I'd have at least some remorse, but-." He was interrupted when Ae-Cha started yelling out words. 

"Why?!", she yelled. "Why are you doing this to me?!"

"It's simple, really princess." "I want to hurt you.", he growled. "Make you suffer and then-". He let go of Ae-Cha's throat, but not without leaving a clear mark on it.

"Taking your remains for myself.", he hissed while tasting Ae-Cha's blood on his hand.

He walked back, leaving Ae-Cha to die from the cliff. 

She fell from the cliff with a hard thud, her bones cracking as she held in the pain. She couldn't bear the everlasting ache in her heart as she realized her love was truly gone.  

"Korain ..", she said. 

"What's happened to you?" 

"I'm sorry."

"I'm so sorry."

"Please, you don't have to do this."

"I love you."

She cried those last words before she lost the energy to move, despair entering her soul as she now realized her true love was gone. Taken away from her. Pieces of her heart began crumbling slowly as her spirit was torn apart. Everything was gone. Korain was gone. And she couldn't do anything to save him from his nightmare. 

He sighed a annoyed sigh and jumped over the edge to see if she was indeed dead. As he reached the ground, he heard her sing for the first time in a long way.

"You have a raspy voice, no wonder why everyone hates you. Your voice is so disgusting!

"What did I do that made you so angry?", she asked in a whisper. He laughed maliciously and inched closer to her blood-wrenched face. 

"Let me tell you, princess.", he cackled. 

"It's cause you don't love me anymore!!" 

"But, I've always loved you Ae-Cha." 

Ae-Cha was in tears. How could a monster like him love? Least of all, love her?

"But you ignored my feelings for you, you didn't even care about me." 

"That's not true!", Ae-Cha sobbed. "I didn't know if it would be right."

He laughed manicially and with one hurl, he defied the laws of gravity and brought her right into his arms. 

"Right?!" "You didn't know if it would be right?!", he lashed out. "I thought that we were meant to be, but obviously we weren't!" 

"I'm sorry!" "I'm really sorry!!" "Please, don't hurt me!", she wept. 

He looked at her with a malicious grin, and she felt shivers down her back. She knew what he was going to do to her. It was the reason why she saw him as a monster in the first place. 

Her remaining energy dissipitated, and she instantly fell asleep, carried like a baby in his arms. 

He cradled her in his arms, not forgetting the day she broke his heart.

She was shivering in his arms, not because of the cold, but because she was sleeping in the arms of a blood vampire, and as much as she wanted to escape, she couldn't help but snuggle in his chest. She felt something, not fear of him, but a fragment of love for him. 

He hopes that one day, she'll understand that love is beauty. Something they could give each other. 

But, for now, he'll send her home.
