2023-12-01 14:58:40I have been kissed by the full moon, it is magical, I feel myself change, not just a wolf tail but 2 and wagging criss cross as I let out another howl to grandmother moon.
My ears turn into wolf ears, I can hear my 3 siblings and dad snoring, breathing, and my dog sneeze ftom outside when they are in (kinda cool, didn'tthink there were so many soft sounds we don'tnormallyhear), my fair skin looks like shinny iridescent scales, more aware of the smell of the neighborhood, (alot of neighborhood cats, so I pick up some serious strong pee smells, is this what my dog smells like, may not like this part so much),my stomach feels a little different as I go to howl again but a puff of smoke comes out instead(maybe best compared to having gas), my hands are like webbed paws only still mainly human hands, just a cool iridescent shimmer, my shoes are on so not sure what my feet will look like.
Mom seems jealous she has been wanting powers since she was a little girl and look wise she is normal. I can't admit I already see mom with having super mom power's with everything she does and the care she gives us, but ssshhh that is my secret.
I am ArtWolf a wolf, dragon hybrid with the hint of a Phoenix the wings, hint of cheetah the speed, and feel the history of every dragon running through my veins, feeling like the chosen daughter of a God, born here in the kiss of the full moon, no longer shy and fearful but brave, strong, fast, my breath changes as needed, fire, water, bubbles magic changing breathe so cool, I got my wish.
I feel like a Godess of nature, a near by family of raccoons are looking for food and water, unsure if I understand them our feel their thoughts but I run inside nice and fast grabbing a bowl I can use to give them water and some dried up left over oatmeal heading to the green bin, the family is happy and so am I, after feeling like a outcast and not fitting in, I feel I belong to something bigger, this connection to nature and animals is beautiful.
Full of energy I want to stay up longer and explore this gift but mom insists I should probably get some sleep after all that is a lot of changes to go through in one night, maybe she is right, I rush past her and up the stairs to my bedroom but still not very tired, she makes her way to her room and falls asleep pretty quickly, I still unable to.sleep quietly make a snack and a drink as I suddenly find myself very hungry and thirsty.
