chapter 7

Liam's POV

I never thought that this is how Patricia was going to find out who we really are. But I would never regret doing my best to protect her. Now she was inside the room Natasha gave her and I was standing outside the door hoping that she forgives me for keeping the truth from her. Hoping that Mikel can talk some sense on her. I know that it was not easy to understand the things that are happening and I have a lifetime to wait for her to understand. But I know that human's life would pass by so  quickly and I can't have her angry at me. I don't want to be apart from her. It's like I developed an obsession to have her next to me all the time, I want to see her every second and know what she is doing. I can't believe that she has power over me. I never felt this way in a very long time for anyone. I just got to have her.

"She's not going to do anything crazy." Mikel stated once he got out of the room. "But you need to give her space and try not to push her buttons." He stated while walking away from the room.

"Are you telling me that I need to stay away from her?" I stated trying to stay calm.

"Just let her process what the fuck is going on." Mikel replied annoyingly. "If there weren't those vampires trying to kill her I'd personally sent her packing and let her do whatever she wants with her life. She's been through so many traumatic events. She's like a little kid that can't do anything with the situation. I know her and she's scared. She's confused and she wants to hate you."

"Listen, Liam. We don't want to scare her away from us. I think it's better if you don't show up in her room like a creep, unannounced or uninvited." Natasha butted in. "I mean as a girl, I know how she feels. Give her space and let her be for now."

"Right?!" I glared at Natasha. "Says the most heartless bitch I know. I don't think that space is what she needed. I think what she needs is someone that would explain to her the truth. She needs to know what the hell is going on so she would trust us."

"The only person she don't seem to trust is you." Hendrick stated. "You don't expect her to just sit well with the fact that you fucked her and you never told her that you're a vampire. Or that you've been looking after her since her parent were murdered. There are so many things that you hid from her and the only assurance she needs to hear from you is what you refuse to admit."

"Is this a lecture session for me. All of you seems to be telling me what I should do, how should I act, what I should say. I'm sick of tired of hearing you guys telling me what I have to do. I can fucking do what ever I want." I stated angrily.

"Just admit to her that you love her." Natasha stated. "It's too obvious Liam."

"You know how it works." Hendrick butted in. "We've been alive for thousands of years. Females love to hear it when you confess your undying love. They seem to be more cooperative."

"You guys are out of the line. I am not in love with her. I just want to keep my promise to Elisabeth." I stated firmly.

"Okay, you just slept with her because she was a good fuck. That would really make her trust you." Natasha stated. "Come on, Liam. We're not stupid. I can see the way you like at her. It was the same look you gave Elena. Stop being a hypocrite."

"Don't you dare go there, Natasha." I yelled and pushed her against the wall.

"Why not?!" She pushed me back and I fell on the floor. "Did I hit a vein? You need to accept it, that Patricia has you all wrapped up. You are in love with her and it scares you that it might end up in another disaster just like what happened with Elena." 

"Natasha! Shut the fuck up." Hendrick stated angrily. "You can't compare Elena and Patricia. They are two different people."

"Of course, because Elena was a bitch and Patricia is a such a lovely soul. My point is, Liam is just scared that him admitting that she loves Patricia would make her have power over him." Natasha stated. "I'm not telling you to turn her. All I'm saying is tell her you love her." She screamed at me angrily.

"Love who?" Patricia stated and all eyes were on me.

"Are you okay?" I looked at her and she looked away from me.

"I heard screaming and I thought that seems like my way out of this lifetime." She replied sarcastically. "I was hoping someone came to kill me but I guess not."

"Don't even joke about about dying." I yelled loudly at her.

"Fine. I've been thinking about what Mikel said and I think he got a point. I can't survive without you guys so I'd give it a month or two for you to solve things out. After that I don't want to see any of you near me specially you." She stared at me. "I don't want you near me. I don't even want to be in the same room with you. I don't even want you breathing the same air I breathe."

"Or you'll do what?" I challenged her. "You can run but you can hide. I would find you wherever you go. I can be everywhere without you even noticing I'm there."

"Good. Then from now on make sure that I don't notice you exist and stay the hell away from me." She walked pass me and sat next to Natasha. "Plus I don't appreciate you watching me while I was in the shower earlier." 

"I wasn't." I looked at her and she was staring at the chandelier. "I was just outside your room the whole time."

"Very funny. Then I guess you're not the only perverted vampire who wants to see me naked." She rolled her eyes at me. "I know it was you."

"Liam. She just annoying you. Don't let her win in this stupid mind games." Natasha stated.

"I swear, I'd kill every other vampire in this complex if you don't tell me you're kidding." I moved in front of her and trapped her with my hands. 

"Don't kill me please." She replied nervously.

"You and I need to have some privacy." I picked her up and run to her room. "I'm not very good at being patient." I stated as I drop her on the bed.

"Help me!" She screamed so loudly. "His planning to kill me!"

"Shut up!" I yelled angrily at her with my fangs out and my eyes red with anger. "No one would be coming through that door to save you from your fucking child's play."

"You promised you won't hurt me." She started to cry. "But your scaring me." She sobbed and moved to the far end of the bed.

"I'm scaring you." I stated trying to lower down my voice. "You should be. I'm not someone that would just smile at your little jokes. I am not someone that would just do what you say." I pulled her legs so she was lying flat on the bed.

"Liam." She looked at me pleadingly. "Please stop. Don't hurt me."

"I would never hurt you intentionally, love. How many times do I have to tell you that?" I stated while caressing her legs. 

"Please, stop." I can hear her breathing nervously as my hands traveled inside her skirt.

"Are you sure that's what you want?" I felt her body arched the moment I touched the hem of her panties. "You're body seems to be saying other wise."

"Please don't."

But all her pleas landed on deaf ears. I started to undress her despite her trying to stop me. I mean she couldn't really do any thing to stop me. And Natasha and Hendrick knows me too damn well to try to intervene. I explored every part of her with my mouth and my fingers. And I made sure that she enjoyed every single part of it. I know how much she loved foreplay and she was screaming with multiple orgasms after I was done exploring her body. I started to undress after letting her relax for a few minutes. I fucked her as slowly as I could but who am I kidding any thing I do was no way gentle to  a human. I was not planning to stop unless I was satisfied.

"Ssshh, don't cry." I embraced her after a few hours of fucking her.

"I hate you." She replied with a very soft voice.

"No, you don't. You love every thing about me." I looked at her in the eyes and she looked very exhausted. "Go to sleep and will continue where we left off once you feel better."

"Are you crazy? I might end up dead if you do that again."

"You'll survive." I smirked as she slowly closed her eyes. 

I know I told myself that I'd never force myself to her but I was in a losing battle. It's either I fuck her or I go on a killing spree to release all the tension and anger I was feeling. And as I look at her, I knew I made the best choice. I'm no saint. I'm a fucking monster and killing innocent lives would have been more appealing if it wasn't Patricia whose laying next to me. Besides, I know that she enjoyed it as much as I do. In the world of darkness and evil that I've survived I wouldn't say that this is the worst thing I've done. Suddenly, I felt her tears flowing on my chest as she was asleep. I might have just done the worst thing to her. To the human I refuse to admit to anyone that I love. 

How can a monster like me be capable of falling in love to someone that I might end up losing. I know that what I did might make her hate me more than fall in love with me. But this is my curse, I end up losing the women I fall in love because of who I am. In my thousands of years of existence I only truly have fallen in love three time. First, was with Elisabeth, then it was Elena and now Patricia. I love her but I can't help who I am. This is the real me, I'm a monster. I can be her protector and lover but I would always be the evil monster that I am. I would always go back to my savage ways despite how hard I try to hide it.    

But there is one thing that I would never do. I would never feed on her. Despite, how much I wanted to and how much I would have enjoyed it. I would never feed on her without her consent. But I would still give her my blood whether she like it or not.  I bit my lip and kissed her on the lips so she can swallow the blood. I've been doing it the entire time so she could much my strength when I fucked her. I didn't want her ending up dead. I was famished so I left her and found Hendrick and Natasha feeding on some humans in the living room. 

"We don't have blood bags here." Natasha stated as she was casually having sex in the couch. "I rather have natural nutrients in my own place."

"Care to join in." Hendrick stated before burying his fangs on the neck of the female brunette who was riding him like a there was no tomorrow.

"I know this is your house, Natasha but please, I hope you don't do this kind of behavior in common areas. Patricia might walk in and I don't think this image would win her over." I stated as I sat next to her. 

"My house, my rules." Natasha replied but started to put her clothes back. "Besides, I don't think that she would be able to walk for days after whatever you fucking did to her."

"I don't think, Liam would care what fucking you tell him at this moment. His still in cloud nine." Hendrick replied as the woman moved next to me.

"Put your clothes you on." I ordered and bit her once she was fully clothed.

"How the fuck can you have that huge self-control?" Natasha stated once the humans left. "You fucking raped her but you didn't feed on her."

"I totally lost control and I don't regret any part of it." I admitted. "She's not like anyone I have been with. It's just different."

"It's different cause you fucking forced her." Natasha blurted out. "You can get any woman you want and yet you forced yourself to a helpless human girl. I thought that among all of us you had more sympathy towards humans. I guess I'm wrong."

"You fucking have a harem of humans that you  feed on." I reasoned. "It's not like we are any different. We all are of the same kind."

"Well, I never had to force myself on someone. Woman usually begged to be with me." Hendrick stated. "Not that I'm saying what you did is wrong. But it's Patricia. I mean we know her. She's not just some random girl. I care for her. Why would you stoop that low?" 

"Oh come on, were no saints. We're monsters that feed on human's blood to survive. However, I  want to treat her is up to me. She's mine." I stated firmly.

"Yeah, right. She's a person not an object that you can own. Besides, she did mention that after all this drama she doesn't want any of us bothering her." Natasha stated.

"So with that being said Natasha, l think we should just let him enjoy her while he still can. I mean she might not want to see you after what you just did to her. And also she's human she might need some food and other stuffs."

"You two are fucking assholes." I stated angrily at them. "I don't care what you say but she's mine. I hope we get some answers where the hell Steven is. We need to put Patricia in a safer place. We can't stay here for long. They know she's here." 

"Well, I contacted some of his men. They said they haven't really heard from him for a month now. Last time they saw him he was on a plane headed to New York. And he never updated them after leaving. Even Sofia, his girlfriend, haven't heard anything." Natasha stated. 

"Why would he just disappear? It doesn't make sense." Hendrick stated. 

"Worst chase scenario Benedict might have captured him." I replied. "We need to find him." 

"But we have to make sure Patricia is safe. We can't leave her here. I can't promise her safety if we let her stay here. The vampires here do whatever they want when I'm gone. And humans in this house are for feeding and sex purposes only." Natasha stated.

"I'd fucking kill every vampire that even dare to look at her." I stated possessively. 

"We can't bring her along." Hendrick reasoned. "Why don't you just stay behind?" He winked at Natasha.

"Are you stupid? There is no way I'm missing all the fun. I'm not planning to stay behind to baby sit Patricia. And Sam can't protect her either. So we have to put her somewhere safe."
