chapter 6

“Mom! Dad! I’m home…” I yell opening up the door to my parents old house. They normally leave a key under the mat by the front door… I arrived at my parents’ house after surprising my Best friend and my ex-boyfriend. As I walk deeper into the house, I hear giggling and some moaning. “Mom! Dad!? Any fucking one!?” I yell again. I hear noises from upstairs, and then a pair of heels walking on the tiles upstairs. “Hello? Can I help you? How did you get into my house” This women half naked but wearing a robe and some leopard print stilettos. She’s a red head not natural at all, you can clearly see its dyed, big boobed, long legs, and youngish maybe mid-thirties.  “Pardon me? Is this not the Anderson Residence?” “why yes it is?” “Then how could this possibly be your house?” I ask her stunned looking into these sea blue eyes. “My name is Melissa Anderson, I’m married to Tom Anderson… This is my house?” She says almost in a yell. I burst into laughter “Tom Anderson… Tom Anderson. You cannot be married to Tom Anderson Because My Mother, Aubrey Anderson is married to my father Tom Anderson…” I say now in shock of how this women is still standing in my mother and fathers house. “Oh My! you Must be Oakley!” she says her hand outstretched to shake my hand… “I’m Melissa…” I’m still standing and looking at her in shock not taking the outstretched hand, when finally my father comes down the stairs, also just wearing a robe. “Oakley! What a surprise!” he says his arms open looking for a hug. “what is going on?” I say before he could continue having any sort of conversation or affection with me. “Where is my mother!” I say now in almost a yell. “your mom is fine! We just you know, well, how life goes...Lee.” He responds Giving me a shrug and I’m at a loss for words, I take a seat at the kitchen island, and I stare at him. I’m not staring but thinking, trying to put the puzzle together. It hits me eventually, after no one said a word and I felt a Knife being stuck in my heart. “you Fucking cheated on her! MY MOTHER! With the first tramp you found on the fucking street! MY BEAUTIFUL MOTHER!” I yelled, his eyes widen. There was a glass on the table that I lifted and threw against the wall in anger. I stood from my stool. I storm toward my bags to pick them up, and he quickly follows. “Oakley Mia Anderson! I want you to stop this now!” He says, I spin on my heels and point my finger at him, “NO! You ‘Tom and Your Bimbo wife! Can go and get yourselves Fuck!” I grab my bags and leave out the door. As soon as I do Jason and Dylan pull up in front of the house. Them realizing that things didn’t go well, My brother gets out the car, to try and calm me. But before he could I was already walking down the road dragging my roller bag trying my hardest to avoid them. “What the Fuck Lee…”he says walking after me. “If you knew the whole fucking time! And we’ve spoken on the phone so many times! I had mom and dad with me Christmas last year! His fucking married the whore Dylan! When was I going to find out! What? never! Fuck you and the rest! Does Christopher even know!? To hell with this! I’m going back to Ireland! I’m too old for this shit!” I yell at him not even looking at him. I am so angry. My parents are divorced. My father is remarried. I have yet to see my mother. They lied to me. I feel betrayed by them! All of them.  Dylan falls back behind, until I hear another set of footsteps, these ones were different. They basically Jogged up to me and are now speed walking behind me. “Lee…” he says sweetly, My name sound beautiful coming out of his mouth but I ignore how it makes me feel when he says it and focus on how angry I am at the very moment. “Lee…” He says again a little louder, Now seeing that I am ignoring him completely. “What!?” I respond angrily. “just hold up a minute. Let me talk to you…” I ignore him once more. I don’t care what he was going to say. “OAKLEY!” He yells, I stop and spin on my heels, “What?! What is it that you want to say that can possibly change all of this bullshit!” I yell, and then I feel it break. I get on my knees bursting into tears, and I feel him kneel in from of me, hugging me. “Come with us. And we will explain everything to you… Please Lee…” he whispers in my ear still holding me, as I feel like my world is coming to an end…

I walk into Dylan’s house/apartment studio, and walk right into the first bedroom I could see I didn’t bother asking for a bedroom. I need to sleep a little just to take away this terrible headache, jet lag and the rest of the bullshit that’s just unraveled today. My head hits the pillow and I fall silently in a sleep, ignoring Dylan and Jason speaking. Ignoring everything. I was in a deep sleep, Until. “what are you doing in my Jason’s room!!!”
