At this time Shia and her group split up to search the small town for Celeste. Shia went south, the other two took care of east and west and Mia headed North. They agreed to regroup at the center of town after some reconnaissance.
The southern area wasn't as big and most of the area was occupied by a large Cathedral at the edge of Town. It looked to be newly built and well crafted. However, Shia could not sense any protection radiating from the structure. "Seems their god hasn't blessed the grounds yet."
As Shia thought this she suddenly felt a great power inside the cathedral itself. Her smile widened and a look of anticipation over took her face.
"I've never felt this before." Her left eyebrow rose up. "It seems I might need help in capturing this golden egg." Usually she'd swoop in and take down her target without any issues but the figure she saw from inside the stained glass radiated an aura that made her feel like she would have difficulty capturing them alone.
The other two were also making quick work of the areas. They each began to make their way to the center of town as well.
Mia on her end was just now reaching an Inn. She checked the stables towards the back end and discovered fresh tracks left by the horses they were searching for.
"There fresh, they couldn't have been that far off I must hasten my search and ensure they haven't left the area."
She began to search every nook and cranny in the northern part of town. And was able to pick up more track along on the way she now knew there general direction it seemed they were heading north.
