chapter 8

My eyes wanted to pop out, A person like me was laying down beside the flower bed, Covered in mud from the head to toe, I slowly pointed a finger and touched the stranger slightly and flinched, Cripsy started to bark and i motioned at her to keep quiet, I slowly touched the person again but no movement from the person, I quizzed my head forward wondering why the person wouldn't move 

Cripsy looked at me weirdly and I shrugged "H-Hello?" I say but no movement came again, I looked around the Cactus wondering how someone could have gotten inside the Cactus, I proceeded to touch the face and i heard a low grunt that made me fall on my bottom, Cripsy start to bark again and I motioned at her to keep quiet "H-Hello" I say again and the person's eyes flew open, My eyes widen on seeing the person look at me 

"I-um-are you a person?" I asked and a grunt came from the person again, I flinched as i heard that again.

"Are you going to keep sitting down there or would you help me?" The person says in a gruff voice that i nodded almost immediately, i got off the ground and tried to help the person up

* I am seeing a person other than Ma.Coco and i am not going to mess it up* The person's weight was more than I bargained for as i used all my strength in helping the person sit up, The person stared at me with their eyes which was a different color than Coco's own, i think its called amber

The person's eyes looked at me intensely and i looked down at the grass beneath my feet "I didn't think i would get someone to save me here" He says but it felt like he was in a lot of pain just talking "W-why are you here? Who are you?" I asked and he shrugs "The name is Elysian" The person says and I struggled to pronounce the name Elysian, The person grunted again and this time i could hear the pain

"I was stabbed, you think you can help?" They asked and i nodded without thinking "What are you doing here?" They asked again and I giggled "This is the Cactus, the Cactus is my home" I say and they raised their eyebrows "The Cactus?" The person repeated and i nod "Okay, well do you think you can help me up so we can go into this Cactus?" They asked and I thought about it 

Ma.Coco would be very annoyed with me if she finds out I brought a stranger into the Cactus, But i would risk it, So i helped the stranger off the ground, Standing side by side I looked like a tiny flower beside the stranger! Are all other humans this large? But how come Ma.Coco is smaller than me?

"Stop staring at me already!" The stranger says and i got a grip of myself , I could only pray that the Cactus accepts the stranger and surprisingly the Cactus did!

"Wow! This is something!" I heard the stranger say and i looked to see the stranger well "How do you mean?" I asked again and the stranger shrugged

"So do you stay here alone or with your parents?" The stranger asked and i smiled "I stay here with Ma.Coco" I say "Ma.Coco?" The stranger repeated and I nod

"Yes, Ma.Coco" I didn't know where to take the stranger so i decided on my room, We walked into my room together and Cripsy was still following us about, The stranger sits on my bed and looks at me "What's your name?" The stranger asked and i smiled "Aurora!" i say and he pronounced it again "Aurora!, it fits you well" I tried to remember the name the stranger gave to me "Elysian!" I say and the stranger smiled

"Aurora, could you please get a bowl of hot water and rubb? With some bandages please " Elysian asked and i nodded, I walked out of my room and went to Ma.Coco's room, She keeps some bandages in her room just incase i get hurt. I took a bandage and went to the kitchen to boil some water, Cripsy kept barking behind me and i rolled my eyes

"I know, I know, I shouldn't have! But if I don't i might not get to see a human like me anymore! And I don't want that Crips, I know Ma. Coco would be annoyed which is why I would not tell her anything about Elysian" I say and poured the  hot water into the bowl, Getting a clean towel i went back to my room and placed everything on my table

I helped him clean the cut but I still wondered how Elysian was cut so deep, I used the bandages and wrapped it around his abdomen! 

"Thank you Aurora!" Elysian says and I smiled, I took a look at the body and realized he must look like my Pa, Ma.Coco once told me we are two genders, the male and female

The female had boobs in their chest while the male had no boobs, Looking at Elysian he had no boob 

"You are like my Pa!" I say and he looked at me confused 

"Like your what now? Elysian asked again and i smiled excitedly "You have no boob, so you are male like my Pa" I say again and he looks at me confused 

"What's your point?" Elysian asked and I smiled "The stories Ma.Coco got for me doesn't have Male and female in it so I don't recognize them but you are a male!" I say again and could feel the confusion in his eyes 

"Don't worry" I say and took the bowl of water and used towel away to the kitchen

I saw a male, just like my Pa! Elysian is a male

I was more happy now that i had seen the opposite sex Ma.Coco used to talk about, Elysian is a male too, Just like my Pa!
