“Hello?...”
Isabella ran across the field, it was lush green. She looked as far as her eyes would let her but she didn’t see anyone in view.
“Anyone here?”, she shouted, “Where is this place?”, she asked no one in particular however her voice echoed with no response.
Lovely flowers added beauty to this green field, she picked a white daisy and tucked it behind her ear.
“That’s a very pretty flower”, a lady’s voice behind her caused her to turn in fright.
“Its alright", the pretty lady cooed, she had very long black hair.
“Where is this place?”. Isabella asked.
I can’t exactly say where this place is or why you’re here", the lady answered, “I’m not sure I’m supposed to see you”

“Who are you?”.
“I am...”.
“Isabella...Isabella!”.
The sound of her name drowned out the woman’s voice she felt herself being roused and her eyes fluttered open. Her vision was blurry until she could make out Cecily’s face hovering over her. Cecily’s scared face relaxed when she saw Isabella’s opened eyes.
“You’re awake, I was worried sick about you", Cecily said breathlessly.
“Where is Alessandro?”.
“He left, he asked me to come check on you", Cecily answered.
Isabella sat up, “Vampires exist. They are vampires”.
Cecily nodded.
“I thought it was just a myth. I didn’t make meaning of any of the stories. I had no idea whatsoever, no one talked about them, none of my professors. I didn’t know they had a kingdom... I...I had...no...idea".
“Cecily took Isabella’s hand hesitantly, “You were a princess, you had yet to be inducted into the society. You never got out except inside the castle walls. I think that explains it".
“If my parents knew something why would they keep it from me?”, she questioned rhetorically.
“I cannot answer that but vampires are real, they do exist. They have five territories, this is the largest of all five", Cecily answered.
“What else do you know about these creatures?”
“There are five Original bloodline Vampires, history has it that they were the first vampires and out of them other vampires were formed. They have lived for over a very long time. It is impossible to tell how old they truly are...”.
“Immortality?...”.
“Yes”, Cecily answered, “It is perceived that Isles is the greatest vampire kingdom and King Malcolm is the most powerful, however that is highly in question after he lost his mate”.
“His mate?”, Isabella asked in confusion.
“His wife”, Cecily stopped for a bit, “That is why Alessandro takes care of almost everything around here and that’s why the King needed blood".
Isabella thought for a while, “Is there a library around here?”.
