2023-12-01 20:50:11Career talk was fun and everything I had expected [we were lectured on different careers and jobs and subjects for each career.i actually got motivated by some career stories she told,her words were you can be whatever you want to be,you just need to work towards it.this statement gave me courage ]. Sadly it came to an end and we were dismissed from the auditorium. we walked to our lockers and packed our books. school was finally over yay!!! Joey, Olive and I walked to the parking lot, were the driver had already been waiting. I'm glad I don't have to wait. Turning around I asked Joey and Olive to ride with me.
The ride home was quick, Joey and Olive already got dropped at their homes. Jane was preparing dinner when I got home (she's a very good cook) .
"Hey sis", I shouted from the door, she looked up with a smile, "hi Anne" she said, with a low soft ,"how was your day" Sitting on the kitchen counter I started rambling and spilling every little detail.
After the little chat I went upstairs to do my homework and wait for my parents to come home.after 15mins of battling with my homework I finally finished. Just then Jane pushed the doors open and walked in to tell me to come downstairs for a brief discussion ."gosh don't you ever knock" I yelled at her and followed her out.
Will tonight end well?
I guess we'll have to wait and see
