chapter 8

Andrew POV

We are back on the plane. I hate flying but today I am happy to be back in the air. Breakfast this morning was so awkward. The princess ( I honestly can't remember her name) couldn't even look me in the eyes. Maybe I was too harsh on her but damn she couldn't take the hint that I was not interested. If it was a few years ago I would have jumped on the opportunity. But since I found my mate I couldn't even look at another woman's naked body without being sick.

My mind starts to wander towards my mate. I wonder how her mouth will feel when I kissed her. O the things I want to do to her. I want to bend her over and fuck her until she can't walk. I want to worship her body all day every day. I hear someone clear their throat. I look up and see Derric looking at me funny.

"What's up, man? What's with the weird look?"

"I think you need a shower, Andrew. A cold one at the looks of it." Derric looks down at my crotch area and I follow his eyes. I have a full-blown hard-on and all I did was think of my mate. This is going to be a problem.

"You were thinking about your mate weren't you?"

"Derric I do not want to talk about it. You are my friend but also my Alpha. This is not a conversation I am willing to have with you."

I stand up and walk towards the bathroom. I need a cold shower. I cannot meet the werewolf king with a hard-on.

10 minutes later I am back in my seat.

"Andrew I would like to know what happened between you and the princess. Why was she avoiding you this morning? Me and the queen Sarah both notice. I told I would find out from you."

"She came into my room last night. She was naked on my bed when I came out of the shower. I told her I am not interested then she told me she could keep my bed warm until I found my mate. I just told her that I already found my mate. She left after that."

"Jeez Andrew. No wonder she couldn't face you this morning."

"Let's just change the subject, please. I wanted to talk to you about Edward. I think we need to give him a vacation."

"Your right. He has been working his ass of. We owe him. What about 2 weeks?"

"I was more thinking along the lines of letting him go on my trip to find his mate. I know it would take a while for him to come back but I think it will be worth it. I honestly want him to be happy."

"Looks like Andrew is a big softie. I think this will be good. We can give him the good news as soon as we are back at home."

Derric and I both start laughing. We were known as the three musketeers when we were little. We were always together. We did everything together well we still do. They helped me through my brothers' death. They helped me when depression and guilt took hold of me. They saved my life more than once. They are family to me and I will do everything to make them happy.

We landed and we went to the hotel we booked. We only have the meeting tomorrow so we have today to just relax and have some fun. Derric and I haven't spent as much time together that we did in the past. It has a lot to do with the fact that he has a family now.

We decided that we will go and have some drinks in the hotel bar. The moon goddess said she was feeling tired so she went straight to her room.

Derric and I were sitting at the bar when two females came up to us. The smelled human.

"Hey, guys can we sit here with you?" They wrapped themselves around us. Derric's face is like a mirror for what I am feeling.

"No thank you. We are both taken." Derric held up his hand to show them his wedding ring. I see they are now looking at my finger in search of a ring.

"No ring but still not interested," I tell them taking a sip from my beer.

"Your wife and girlfriend don't have to know. I am guessing since you two are alone here your girls didn't come with you." That's is I had it. Derric looks at me and shakes his head indicating that this is a bad idea but I don't care.

"Listen here, ladies. Stop being so desperate. We already told you we are not interested. Please take the hint. Go find some other guys to have sex with."

I hear a laugh behind me. I turn around and see Emelia standing there gasping for her breath. Derric jumps up so fast that the girl that was standing next to him almost lost her footing.

"Thank you, ladies. You may leave now." I looked between the two ladies and Emelia. The ladies were smiling a dazzling smile at Emelia.

"What the hell just happened Em?" I looked at Em confused.

"I am so sorry. I just wanted to test my husband's loyalty and you looked so lonely. I asked them for helped and they agreed. They are both aspiring actresses."

"First. Ouch, I can't believe you would think I would cheat on you. And second, what are you doing here? You said Grayson was sick that is why you couldn't come. Why are you here now?"

"Derric I am a woman I will always wonder. Grayson is better now and I missed you."

"Will you excuse me. I need to go teach my wife a lesson."

"You go ahead. I will stay here for a little while then I will go to my room. Give you some privacy." I wink at Emelia while Derric picks her up caveman style. I do not need to hear what Derric is going to do to Emelia.
