The next day

Mum: Alicia wake up time for school sweetie

Alicia: actually me and roman are going to stay home with her

Mum: ok then I will go and let roman and jacinta know

Alicia: ok then and I will go help you make breakfast

Mum: ok then see you downstairs

Scene: mum walks into jacinta's room

Mum: roman , jacinta are you going to come down for breakfast

Roman: I will be down

Jacinta: im not hungry, im just going to stay in my room

Mum: sweetie you should eat something

Jacinta: im not hungry but you guys go eat

Mum: please come out when your ready

Jacinta: yeah I will

Jacinta talks to herself

Jacinta: I don't anything is going to happen to Randy because he has the best lawyer

Mum: Jacinta are you alright

Jacinta: no im just scared he will get off and he will hurt me

Mum: well we have a surprise for you, come downstairs

Mum: come downstairs and you will see

Dad: hello princess

Jacinta: it's really good to see you ( hugged ) 

Dad: we are taking him to court tomorrow, who is he

Jacinta: this is roman he is my boyfriend plus he has been the one that defended me against randy and when I had bad days he would always cheer me up

Dad: hi roman: nice to meet you

Roman: its nice to meet you 2

Jacinta: well I am going back to my room now

Mum: stay out here sweetie

Jacinta: im not in the mood, plus I am still scared so I really need to be alone right now

Roman: should I come with you

Jacinta: you can come later but I really need to be alone right now

Mum: ok fine but come back out when your ready

Jacinta: if you really want to know somemore then speck to paige

Roman: why

Jacinta: cause the first day back at school, he threatened me on the way to school so as soon as we arrived at school I ran off to my friend paige then he asked if he could speak to me privately and I said no then paige looked at him and he looked mad

Roman: ok we will call paige over then

Jacinta: plus when you finish talking to her can you send her to my room cause I want to speak to her alone

Mum: ok sweetie I will

Scene: jacinta stays in her room, while the rest of them are talking

Roman: im very worried about jacinta

Mum: well luckily the court trial is tomorrow

Scene: paige came in

paige: hello guys

Alicia: im so happy you came

Paige: why what happened

Mum: I need to ask you about Randy, have you seen him when he hit jacinta

Paige: no but I did see him quite angry when he asked jacinta if he could speak to her privately then he just had this angry face

Scene: paige walked into jacinta's room

Scene: roman walked into jacinta's room

Jacinta: ok I think I better go downstairs stairs, thank you roman for sticking by my side

Mum: it's really nice to see you out of your room

Mum: well we are having spaghetti bolognese

1 hour later

Scene: they all finished dinner

Jacinta: well I'm going to have a early night see you in the morning

The next day

Mum: jacinta wake up sweetheart remember we have to go to court to testify against Randy

Jacinta: yeah I will get ready

At court

Judge: may I please have the victim speck

Mum/ lawyer: yes your honor

Jacinta: currently I have been in a relationship with randy orton but after our date he beat me up and said if I tell my mum I will regret it, and lately I have been going to school and that was when he threatened me again and he has multiple times squeezed my arm and see its still their

Jacinta: plus my brother and now my boyfriend was playing video games while randy was in my room only with me, I screamed help but tv was too loud and after that he punched me in both eyes giving me 2 black eyes

Judge: do you have physical evidence

Jacinta:just the bruises

Jury: we find the defendant not guilty

Judge: I see we don't have any physical evidence so case dismissed

Jacinta: let's going home

Mum: sure sweetheart, roman: you can come 2

Paige: well I'm going to move my things to foxys house

Jacinta: can you stay the night again

Roman: yeah sure if your mum is ok with it
