chapter 28

Emir: 

I was actually shocked cuz Azeil didn't show any concern even for a female colleague once, I remember she was about to fall, then he instructed one of our employees to take her to hospital, but he didn't himself bother much. 

When we reached home , Zack was asleep but granny was up, as she looked to the girl figure in Azeil's arms, she was confused but didn't say anything.. 

Azeil layed her in the guest room, where her constant blabbering could be heard.. why is he so concerned about her. 

"bro, finally can you tell me about her?? " I said scratching back of my neck. 

" she is my childhood friend, remember when dad sent you to the hostel, and I insisted to remain here, that's because I liked her... I mean she was my crush back then!!! " 

One second.. did I hear it clearly.. my brother.. Azeil Blackiston had a crush on someone.. 

God played the same trick again.. why does to lay his eyes on the same girl whom I like... one second did I just say like. 

Back off Emir, he's your brother, and his happiness is far more important than your silly crush at some. 

But what about my choice.. one of my inner voice retorted. 

' shut up' I mentally yelled at my inner voice.. fine they both like each other , who am I then, I don't wanna be a third wheel. 

I sighed.. 

Azeil:

When I saw Shanaya, I mentally prepared myself to face her after so many years. yeah I know I have moved on, or should I say I never made a move towards her. 

She was actually dancing like crazy when i saw her in the bar.. did she change herself.. she was more like a cute innocent girl back then in school. 

Without thinking much, I went near her and scooped her in my arms.. I didn't care about the paparazzi as I already instructed my guards to clear the mess called Paparazzi, they create the scene, I don't want her name to be defamed. 

Emir's constant gazes were discomforting me. 

Yeah I know why is he confused, he must be thinking why I gave priority to some random girl, that's why I answered him about my acquintance with Shanaya. 

But the matter of utmost surprise is, he was quite dissatisfied when I told him about her, why??? I don't know may be I'm overthinking. 

I brushed off all the thoughts and went to sleep. 

Emir: 

I don't know what happened to me, but I thought of having a check on my cookie girl.. 

She isn't your cookie girl dude, my brain snapped.. yeah yeah I know. 

As I saw her sleeping figure, I felt somewhat contented.. 

But then I heard some blabbering, her hangover hasn't  dropped yet. 

" I know you snatched my cafe!!! " her voice more like murmuring.. 

What.. cafe..??? snatched?? what did I snatch?? and that too from her?? 

" I know Emir Blackiston, you snatched my cafe , and look I'm jobless now, happy?? " she said pointing her finger at me.. while tears were there in her eyes. 

What is she talking about???. 

Does she accuse me as the snatcher of her cafe??? like seriously.. 

I'm arrogant, but not ruthless and why will I be snatching something so precious from her?? 

My breath hitched when she licked her lips during her deep sleep.. damn what going on with me?? what is this girl doing to me??. 

I felt the need to have cold shower, yeah a really cold oneone, cuz the strings of my hormones are turned on right on. 

Azeil: 

I got a call from Canadian client, I directly went to attend it.. 

After attending the call, I feel like having a necessity to arrange a pattisier chef right now. 

Yeah actually the Canadian client has his own cultures to open a restaurant chain somewhere in India. Well I don't have any problem but the thing is I can't personally travel over there just for the inauguration of some restaurant chains.. 

When I was perplexed, I heard a door creaked open. 

" ohh Emir, you're here!!! " I said looking towards him shifting aside to make a room for him to sit. 

" yeah, actually I saw you, you aren't looking well, are you okay?? "

" no, not at all, I don't think we can collaborate with that Canadian client, cuz I can't travel to India!!! ".

I don't know hearing about India, Emir went silent. 

" I think we should visit India, I mean dad's first memories are there!!! " he said with a hoarseness in his voice, every time he is being reminded of dad, he becomes extremely emotional, he carries that stern face to the world, but deep down we know why he is like this!!!! 

I audibly sighed and caressed his arms , he weakly smiled. 

we went downstairs to have  our breakfast, where constant gazes of granny discomforted us.

As I couldn't hold back, I finally asked back. 

" why are you staring at us like this, grandma?? " I said chewing my food. 

" I'm staring, ohh finally, the great Azeil Blackiston realised that there is an old hag in the house too!!! "

She said dramatically. 

Emir gave an expressionless face as usual while Zack chuckled. 

" what happened my favorite grandma?? " I said buttering her up. 

" don't you, grandma me?? who is that girl, I hope you haven't done anything wrong!! " she said with a stern voice. 

" it's nothing like that, grandma, she is just someone I know!! " I cleared scratching back of my neck.. 

" ohh, really do you think my hair are grey without having experience, come on Azeil, you haven't brought anyone, and especially a girl in the house... ".

Everyone was silent at that moment.. finding the situation awkward, I initiated. 

" ahh, actually she was in an inappropriate condition, so I just helped her!! " . 

Everyone had their face in 'o ' shape and then continued their eating. 

But I know my grandma, she will definitely get back to this matter, I remember, when last time paparazzi spotted me with a girl, grandma was about to throw me out of the house saying I'm not serious for any girl. 

Well in this matter Emir is lucky, I don't know about his personal space, I mean  I shouldn't be invading his personal space but whenever he is indulged in those relationships, he clearly states the girl not be emotionally attached with him. 

I don't know but that feels more protective, and he hasn't even been in the eyes of paparazzi too.

So now the situation is here, they both have been attracted towards Shanaya, let's see what happens next?
