I pull my bag out customs and roll it out the airport doors. Standing outside calling for a taxi, I had a blue tank top on, my black leather pants, my Hair straightened and my black stiletto boots on. My makeup… top notch. My leather blazer was hanging over my bag. It’s much warmer here than I thought. I caught a taxi to Oakcers ITS, and stand outside this massive building, feeling nervous seeing my big bro after all these years, I wonder if he will recognize me or how has he changed. Does he look older? “Hi CEO office please…” I say to the receptionist. She escorts me to the lift and takes me up using a key card to get to the top floor. There is another receptionist in front. Everything is glass. I’m pulling my trolley bag everywhere. “who can I say came to see Mr. Anderson…” “um you can tell him brat is here…” I respond. “Miss, are you 100% sure that I can pull him out of the meeting for Brat?” I giggle… “ Yes I’m 110% sure…” I say now walking around the room. She puts on the loud speaker, “Mr. Anderson. I am so sorry to bother you in your meeting. But I have a lady here by the name of Brat looking for you sir…” “Celia, what did I say about interrupting us…” I hear him say then pause. “wait wait, did you just say Brat?” “ Yes sir you heard me correctly, Her name is Brat…” It wasn’t even two minutes I see this tall Brut of a brother running down the passage. He runs and picks me up swinging me in all angles. “you Brat! I thought I’d never see you again!” He yells lifting me higher sending me into giggles. Celia the receptionist is flabbergasted, She has probably never seen him like this before. “Celia, this is my long lost little sister… My name for her is brat, your name for her is Oakley…” He puts me down, I smile and wave at her. “Please tell Jason to make it back to the office swiftly. He needs a good surprise in his life, might as well make it her. Don’t tell him anything other than that…” I chuckle, as he put his arm around me, and walks into one of the offices facing the view, “what the fuck is with the ‘make it back to the office swiftly’ shit… How far did that carrot go up your arse when you left varsity..” “Jesus, pot calling the kettle black… there is absolutely no American accent in you anymore? Once you got your fucking citizenship huh?” I laugh. “ Well, Listen, the voices in my fucking head are still American. I’ve missed you  though dipshit…” “I’ve missed you too Brat…” he says trying an Irish accent to make fun of me. “come let me take you to Jace’s office then you can surprise him there. I’m sure his on the way… I’ve just got this meeting to finish then I will be right with you…” oh Jeez why must I let Jason know I’m back, God this is terrifying… I go into his office and touch everything. I find a newspaper on his desk. What a fucking old man, I thought, but saw some interesting information in the classifieds. So I sit in his chair , put my stiletto’s on the table, folded on one another. Like a real boss. I ate his apple on the table as well, I just made myself at home, Reading this (now) fucking interesting newspaper.

“ahem…” “about fucking time, I don’t think Jace will be back anytime soon. Tima get going.” I say behind the newspaper… “Oakley?” Jason says, I swing my stiletto boots off of his table, slam the paper down on the table. And sit up straight. “Jace…” I look up at this rugged man, and smile. He had a women standing behind him, her mouth gaping open. “Lee… Come here, give me a hug. What a fucking great surprise….” He opens his arms, in which I stand up to… “You haven’t changed a bit...” I say hugging him tight. “neither have you, except for the accent.” I chuckle and we look at each other for what seems the longest moment of my life. “well, best be going… Mom and dad needs a surprise ya know…” I say now awkwardly moving toward the door. “Lee have you spoken to your brother about your mom and dad?” “um, no why the hell would I?”, “Oh okay, well, good to see you Lee…” I turn and nod, “you too Jace.”. before I’m blocked at the door by this hussy throwing me daggers, “Aren’t you going to introduce us Jacey…” she says in a high pitched voice. “Let Jason do the introductions when I’m gone, girl, and please move out of my way, else I will move you permanently…” I pipe up before Jason could. She huffs and moves obviously not getting her way, but I was jet lagged and I don’t take shit from no one. I never have. I could see her throwing daggers from a mile away, so I took it then and there, she was intimidated by me. I walk to reception, “Celia, lia, Cici, can I call you that?” she looks all stunned at me like, why in God’s name will she speak to me,  no one ever speaks to me… “okay Cici… Tell dipshit, I will catch him at my mom and dads?” I say and nod trying to see if she comprehends, which she nods back which gives me the go ahead to make myself disappear. Which I did. Though I might stop at a Estate agency next.
