Jason’s Point of View

I am really put in my place, as she leaves… The truth was, Ashley had been planning a wedding for about a week now. I didn’t take any to heart, because she was on her own mission. I had told her the last couple of times I’ve actually seen her, such as work and here and there, that I was not interested. In my point of view which is a lot more traditional, I must ask her father for her hand in marriage, and I must actually then propose to her, but no such thing was done. I assumed she was getting married to someone else, until I saw, somewhat of a ‘proof read’ invitation with my name on it, and hers. I was seriously planning on ending it last night as I watched Lee fall asleep. She is so beautiful. I sit on the chair rubbing the back on my neck. I’ve fucked things up again. “Sup bro…” Dylan asks walking into the living room dressed to the nines. “nothing much just thinking of this wedding bro, I think Ashley is losing it…” “I could have told you that long before you started dating man, she is not right upstairs, if you try and break up with her, only do it in like a few weeks… and in those weeks don’t fuck her whatsoever, bro that bitch will be coming with stories that you knocked her up. If she is then it’s not yours…” “Do you think that she will do that?” “ Bro she is planning a wedding with you after a week of your relationship. I know she will do that…” “thanks for the advice bro. What mall has Lee, and your mom and Jess gone to?” “ That other mall with the lingerie boutique.” He wiggles his eye brows when he says that, “gross man, that’s your mom and sister…” I respond repulsed. “What man, No! Jess promised to get something really special…” I nod, in understanding now. “okay listen bud. Not going into the office today I’ve got some things to do…” “yeah sure, I’m also leaving early today, my mom’s planning on all of us going to for dinner… do you need any help?” “Nah I’ve got this thanks.” He leaves, I’m sitting here alone in the house, trying to figure a plan, so Oakley cannot get into contact with Nick, and just to listen to me, so I can explain to her, what exactly is going on.

 I walk into the mall, eyes scoping the scene. I need to get hold of Oakley so that I can explain to her the situation. I enter the boutique and see Jess and Mrs. Anderson looking through some lingerie items, chatting. "Hi Jason... what are you doing here?" Mrs. Anderson asks her face puzzled,  then she clicks. "Oh honey I think she’s in the changing room. She wanted to see if one of her items she wanted was going to fit. If you want to see her, I’m sure you can, she’s in the last room. Careful that girl had her head phones in again, you know how she is.” She says with a chuckle. I enter the fitting room and hear her singing and humming to whatever song she has playing in her ears. It’s not that she has a horrible voice, she’s just tone def when she sings and can’t hear herself. In a way I also feel it takes guts to just sing in public, like she does. She doesn’t give a shit who hears her. I open the door. I take in this beauty looking at herself in the mirror, wearing stockings that clip onto a garter, her ass perfectly rounded in this lace G-string , this baby doll lace Holter neck see through lingerie. My eyes almost fall out of my head. She looks up into my eyes after she adjusts the hem of her panties. “Gross! You Pervert!” she softly yells. I close the door behind me before anyone could see me go in there. “what. Do. You. Want?” She whips around, pulling her head phone out of her ears. I push her against the wall in one rapid motion, she is caught out of breath. She pushes me away before I could kiss her. “What do you want Jason? Why did you not go to work today? Why won’t you leave me alone. Don’t you think I already felt bad fucking you and you have a soon to be wife! I mean, I left my ex cause he fucked around, now I do the same. I really don’t want that honestly…” “Lee, Please can I just explain…” I say but my words are cut short. “please leave Jason, I don’t think we should see each other, or speak to each other alone again. It’s just too much temptation and I can’t deal with more bullshit in my life again. Please leave me… Please…” she practically begs. “I can’t… I just can’t Lee. What we have is something special. After not being with each other for so long, we reunite with a force…” I say slowly pushing her back against the fitting room wall. “we have a past, yes of course we do, but we don’t have any future… I’m sorry Jace… You have a fiancé and I’ve got to get back to Ireland. I’m moving in with Jess again, that way I’m not in the way. Just until I go back.” “I can’t believe you Lee! You just going to leave me again. Walk out of my life. But no Oakley is going to rock it first and then leave.” “what? You must be hallucinating. I wasn’t the one who walked out you went to varsity, We had plans for our lives, God! How can you say it was me! I still went back to your fathers junk yard shed, every fucking week, just to see the beauty you saw in me or remember it, because right now all we are is just a memory…” I watch her closely seeing the tears forming in her eyes. “please go Jace…” “kiss me first…” I respond, having cornered her on the wall. “I cant. I don’t want to be that girl.” “please just kiss me.” I say whimpering almost. She gives in and kisses me, it burns with emotion. Binding us this kiss blazing with fury uncontrollably, but she pushes away once I graze her lip with my teeth, asking for entrance into her mouth. “No!” she says panting, her baby doll dress lifting slightly showing her navel. She adjusts it looking at me and shaking her head. “Jason, No!” “Lee…” She cuts me off again, “No Jason… Besides, I’m going out with Nick tonight…” “fuck!” I swear out of anger. “I don’t want you too…” I say now pleading her. She makes me beg, she makes me want to beg her. “ Last night was a mistake Jason. Please… It can’t happen ever again.” “Lee…” “Jason please leave I need to change, I want to leave.” “please Lee…” she shakes her head, trying to hide her emotions she turns away. I leave, I wait outside the boutique, for her to come out with her mom and Jess, but only her mom and Jess come out. “Where is she?” I ask them, “she’s gone home to get her things Jace, She going to be staying with me for the rest of her stay…” Jess pipes up. Damnit! I feel like I want to punch something. I have to get home to catch her.

I race home, hoping that she’s there, As I enter the drive way I notice Dylan's car is parked. I unlock the door and enter. Oakley is here, Dylan and her are screaming at each other. “Just in Time Jace… Tell Lee to go and unpack, I do not want her staying with that pervert Justin!” “you are not my father Dylan you can not decide for me!” she yells back at him, pointing a finger, “I may not be your father Lee but I’m looking out for you for fuck sake can you not see this!” at this point I’m still standing at the door, not saying a word. “Tell her to stay Jace! Please help me bro…” Dylan says to me looking for me to pipe up and convince Oakley to stay. “He cant change my Mind Dylan, besides, his the reason for me wanting to go…” Oakley yells once more. Dylan’s facial expression completely changes, “And why is that?” He looks at me once again for an answer. “Let me speak to Lee, to clear things up. There seems to be a big miscommunication here.” I say now feeling a little more comfortable enough that I move more into the house, I shut the door, and go to the room. I don’t hear much, there is only silence. Until I hear Dylan say “well, then let him explain Oakley, I don’t know what the hell is going on, why you want to leave but I honestly don’t care. I will under no circumstance allow you to go to Jess’s with that pervert Justin being around Lee.” It was Dylan’s last words to her. She walks into the bedroom. And closes the door. Her back is against the door, then she finally looks up at me and in my eyes. “You two are treating me like a damn child… Why cant you let me go?!”
