Chapter 20 In Case of Falling off

Su Ziyue paused with surprise, “You...”

“Enjoy your dinner first, or it'll get cold.” Qin Muchen was still smiling.

Su Ziyue couldn't believe what he said as she slightly shook her head, “What kind of people will be pleased to be used?”

“Well, that depends. I'm glad that it is you who is using me. Besides, the reward is so sweet...” He gave her a significant look.

Su Ziyue immediately blushed.

There was only one bed in the room and now they had to share it.

Maybe it was because of the words Qin Muchen had said with signs of affection a moment ago, she was now feeling a little bit weird, but in a nice and subtle way.

Lying on the bed, she listened to the sound of water coming from the bathroom and felt somehow jittery.

The sound of water stopped soon.

Holding her breath, she closed her eyes nervously.

Snap! The light was turned off. The other side of the bed sank. She knew that Qin Muchen was on the bed, too.

“Am I so frightening? Do you have to stay that far away from me?”

Su Ziyue shuddered as she heard his pleasant voice, and still pretended to be asleep though her body was stiff.

However, this time he was not that tolerant. He approached her suddenly and pulled away the quilt that covered her head.

With his warm hand on her shoulder and a little bit strength, he drew her into his arms.

She could not see his face in the dark. But she could feel his breath right above her head.

She was now as stiff as a stone.

‘One second, two seconds…’ she counted in mind.

He didn’t do anything more than a hug for a long time.

Gradually, she was relaxed. But at the same time, the hand on her waist moved. Almost as a reflex action, she put her hands against his chest, trying to push him away.

However, Qin Muchen held her hands firmly and said in a heavy voice, “Don’t move.”

As nervous as she was, Su Ziyue stuttered, “Let… Let go of me.”

“No.” His voice became even heavier. Then he lowered his head to kiss her on the lips.

Shaking her head, Su Ziyue was trying to refuse, but her hands were held tight by him, leaving no chance for her to do anything.

Qin Muchen's deep kiss became more and more passionate…

All at once, Su Ziyue came to her senses and thrust this aroused man away. She clutched the quilt to her and retreated to the corner.

Qin Muchen stopped short, feeling slightly disgruntled.

Su Ziyue said, “Don’t come any closer.”

“I won’t, but I want you to come here to me.”

Different from his usual sound, his voice was seductive and amorous. She blushed scarlet at hearing this voice.

“You… You said that you wanted to be with me for the rest of your life. But now I don’t want to… to do that… Last time was an accident…”

She was stammering.

Qin Muchen was amused, almost bursting into laughter. In the dark, he imagined how she would look like now. She must have lost her composure and have been shy and embarrassed with a rosy face.

“All right. But you shall come over here or you will fall off.” He comforted her in a soft voice.

She moved towards him a little and then stopped.

Losing his patience with her, he quickly reached out and drew her to him.
