chapter 7

Author: Eight-Tailed Cat

It had been more than three months since his new start. The rising from its ashes each day became more evident, with that newborn future unfolding within her. She was a new woman, completely different, grateful for every second that life gave her. Everything was perfect, unmatched; They had totally changed their register, with a new, bigger and more welcoming house, a new life and a common project. You couldn't ask for anything more.

That idyllic morning they had woken up next to each other, just as they wished. The sun was streaming through the window and the atmosphere was utopian but within easy reach. Their breaths followed the same rhythm; their smiles were cause and effect of that earthly oasis wrapper.

Angy was lying on her back, covered by a giant cotton shirt that came down to her thighs. He sensed every tiny bit of life in his soul. She was delighted to see the progress of her offspring through the development of her gut. Beyond the discomfort, nausea, and other minor complications, she felt better than ever.

Dorian was there, a foot from her, enthralled with that vision that intoxicated him with pure happiness. He kissed her belly with the greatest of passions.

"I can't believe how fast it grows," he whispered.

Angy smiled fondly.

-Tell me. It's like having an exact replica connected all the time. I have two hearts inside of me.

Dorian put his hand on Angy's belly.

"To be exact, you have three." Don't forget mine.

She was going to answer again but she was silent. Her baby had moved; a brief gesture, but she could have felt it while she was asleep. By the face Dorian made, he had also noticed.

"What was that?" He asked, dying of curiosity and anticipation. Has been…?

Angy smiled emphatically and stroked her belly.

"It was a kick." Our little one moves.

That man she adored so much gave off the most enthusiastic smile she had ever seen. He was a boy with new shoes.

-How is it? -I ask-. What do you feel?

-I do not know how to describe it. Her green eyes tried to glimpse what was still an open secret. It is a wonderful feeling, very comforting.

Dorian stared at Angy's belly, rapt.

"I wish I could feel it the way you do."

"Don't be silly, of course you can." He took her hand and placed it on her curved belly again, applying slight pressure. You see it? He is your son. He closed his eyes to concentrate. Do you know something? He likes you.

Dorian tilted his head, nervous and infected with that overflowing joy.

-How do you know?

-I do not know. I guess it's part of my maternal instinct.

Dorian brought the breakfast tray to the bed and offered it to her.

"You must not get used to this," Angy murmured, adorning her words with a gallant smile. You're spoiling me too much.

"I don't see what's wrong with it." It's just what you deserve. He ran a hand through his hair. Come on, eat some.

Although she didn't have much of an appetite, Angy decided to make an effort. He made the decision to start with the appetizing freshly squeezed orange juice that had a deep orange color, very vivid. He brought it to his lips and the taste filled his mouth. It was delicious and she couldn't help but taste her lips.

"Aren't you curious?" He murmured.

The question caught her off guard. He put the glass of juice on the tray and listened.

-What do you mean?

"Well, we still don't know if it's a boy or a girl." Why do you want to wait?

Angy sighed, shrugging.

"I want the first time I hold him in my arms to be special in every way, and I have a feeling that it will be unrepeatable, discovering at that precise moment whether it is a boy or a girl." She tucked a lock of hair behind her ear. It will be the ultimate revelation.

"Wow, you just convinced me completely." He interlaced his hand with hers. We will wait. But there is a problem.

-Which one?

"What color will we paint your room?" He raised an eyebrow playfully. We will have to ask you when we bring you.

Unable to contain herself, Angy gave a little laugh. Despite the constant fluctuation of hormones, he was cheerful. He grabbed his arm and pulled him up.

"Come on, come here." She framed his face with her hands, stroking his chin, sighing for him again. I have never been so happy.

"I know, I feel the same." He kissed her on the tip of her nose, the corners of her lips, and then on them, extending that kiss that tasted of glory.

They were silent for a long time until Dorian moved his hand to Angy's ribs. She already knew what he planned to do.

-Do not even think about it.

-Than? He intoned, trying to sound innocent.

"You know I can't stand being tickled…"

Dorian gave his smile.

"It's good to laugh once in a while ...

" " No, no, no ..." He was trying to grab her hands but he moved with agility. Please know it's not fair. It's my weak point ...

Ignoring her words, Dorian moved his fingers delicately and Angy racked her brains trying to control that strange sensation that ran through her back, making her move without stopping. Laughter came out of his mouth.

-For! He murmured. Enough! I give up!

-Than? His voice was soft and relaxed. I didn't hear it right… "

Dorian, please!" For!

The intense tingling suddenly stopped. Angy's tears were almost to the brink of her eyes. He sighed and closed his eyes.

-You're good?

He preferred not to answer. He covered his face with his hands.

Dorian was silent for a second.

"Angy?" Are you angry? I have hurt you…?

This time it was she who anticipated. He found his mouth and caught him by surprise, biting his lower lip hard but not hurting him.

He frowned but didn't back away. The tension was gone from her body.

"I guess that's your revenge," he said later. I think I deserve it.

"Don't doubt it." You have it well deserved.

The phone rang in the distance, but they stood still.

"Don't take it," Angy whispered. Don't move a muscle or else…

"Is he a threat?" Dorian kissed her forehead. I am not afraid of you.

"Well, you should."

The diffuse sound stopped being heard but after two minutes it returned to the load.

"Who the hell is it?"

Dorian stood up suddenly.

"I don't know, but you'll get tired of calling."

Angy bit her lip.

-Where do you think you are going? I have not given you permission to get up.

Dorian shrugged, satisfied.

-I had an idea. He winked at her. I'll be right back.

"But…" He left her with the word in her mouth. He was looking for something on the other side of the house but it was loud enough to hear it from a mile away. He returned minutes later with something in his hands.

Angy frowned.

"I hope it's a joke."

-I do not think so.

She was unexpectedly uncomfortable because Dorian was holding a camera, waiting. She had no intention of looking in a mirror and checking her disheveled morning appearance.

"Come on, give me one of your smiles."

Angy hesitated, closing her eyes.

"Please, Dorian." Don't take a picture of me. He ran his fingers across his forehead. I'm horrible.

He frowned in amusement.

-Horrible? He repeated. I assure you that you have never been more perfect.

"Nice try, but you won't be able to convince me."

Dorian smiled. He was comfortable, on his ground, like a fish in water.

"I know the way to change your mind." Wait here.

"Are you going to disappear again?"

"Yes, but this time I'll bring something better."

Angy ran a hand through her hair and sat up. The sensations were on the surface, and it didn't take long for Dorian to appear in the room with his old guitar.

"I'm afraid that's another one of my weak points, too."

"I know, and I plan to use it against you."

He sat on the edge of the bed and stroked the strings of his guitar. It was one of his passions, he always managed to gain control. He turned to her.

"Do you think he can hear it?"

"I don't know, maybe it's too early, but you don't lose anything by trying." She got to her knees on the mattress and hugged him from behind. If I could speak, I would surely ask you not to wait another second.

Pleased by that, Dorian began to play that instrument full of an incomparable melody. The music filled her heart and her green eyes were about to get emotional. She was invaded by a multitude of memories that she believed she would never relive again.

'My God, I forgot how beautiful it was

... If it sounds so good, it's for a reason. I have my muse again. You inspire me.

Angy kissed him on the back of his neck and hugged him tighter.

"Now you have a double motive."

"What if you don't like it?"

"Dorian, that's impossible." It is the most beautiful thing you will ever hear.

He shook his head.

"

Exaggerated ...

" " Pessimistic ... " " No, I'm more realistic. He put the guitar aside and scooped Angy up onto his lap. They could feel their breathing. You make me feel alive

She clung to his chest, feeling the strength of his muscles and his intoxicating scent.

"I could say exactly the same."

Angy was full, gleaming. It was as if he had never experienced anything like it, even the most subtle and minute was a museum piece, an unrepeatable moment. He could have continued like this ad nauseam but something inside his brain was quietly activated. His good taste in his mouth turned sour at the thought of what he had left behind. Not a single day had passed that he hadn't thought of her, but it was different. He would never stop tormenting her. She tensed and pulled away from Dorian, lying back on the sheets.

Dorian noticed right away.

"Hey, Angy." He leaned on one arm, lying on his side, watching her closely. What happen? Something is wrong?

-Yes. She was so suddenly disheartened that she didn't try to hide it. Of course something is wrong.

-What is it about? What's bothering you?

Angy sat up slowly, her mouth translucent and dull.

"Do you think this will be enough?"

-What do you mean by that?

"Come on, think about it, Dorian." She looked away, indecisive. Bringing a child into the world involves responsibility, having all the options well covered. We have to be realistic. We are the only thing he has, the only thing he will have tomorrow. Will we be capable enough for our son?

"Of course I do," he answered without hesitation. What makes you think we won't be?

She broke down emotionally again.

"What will happen if we miss him one good day?" The thought of it was like sticking a thorn in his heart, making him remember his parents, his family inevitably lost and unrecoverable. What if something happens to us?

-That will not happen.

"You can't be sure."

"No, it's true, but you can't live on a medium either." He tried to reassure her with the touch of his fingers. We are their parents. You cannot ask for anything more. He doesn't ... need anyone else.

Angy looked at him with some resentment.

-You're wrong. You need your family.

"He already has it."

"To all," he insisted, inadvertently raising his voice.

Dorian sighed.

"We've already talked about it, Angy." You will not be alone. We will be your reference, your middle ground.

"I know that, but I can't help thinking about what we can't offer her, about everything she won't get to know." Her lips pursed in annoyance. I try to be objective, I really do try, but I don't want him to lack anything.

"And you won't, okay?" You will have everything you need. He tried to smile. It will have us. We will give all the love we can.

Angy ended up dropping.

-I hope so. I don't want him to feel isolated, just imagining me alone ...

Dorian pulled her to him and kissed her forehead. It was a harmonious touch and at that moment very urgent.

-Listen to me. He pressed his lips to her temple. You will not be alone, you will never be. Not while he has us.

-You promise?

He kissed her temple.

-I swear.

Angy felt a sweet obligation to thank him for those words. She wrapped her arms around him and the rest of her body and hugged him tenderly, closing her eyes and wishing that this was indeed a better world. Not only for them, if not for the most important being that sooner or later they would have to take care of.

-----------

It was a special night like all the others. He was a new man since Angy had finally returned to his side without conditions, being herself, giving him back that stability and unbreakable infinity that he believed lost. His smile spoke for him, and everything about that tiny being that was already beginning to come to life with slight intensity was the perfect trigger to make him feel completely complete and satisfied. At last his dream was going to come true. He was going to be a father, and there was nothing in the world more rewarding. He was very clear about the kind of man he wanted to be, and now he had two irrefutably real good incentives.

He had insisted that everything come out to order. He had spoken to Evan without her knowing days before and had gotten the keys to the theater. After all, she realized that Evan was a good man, and that somehow he was always going to be a part of Angy's life. She no longer considered him an enemy, rather an ally to turn to, and this was the time.

She had spent that day decorating everything with red flowers, with a path of petals scattered on the floor, pleasant background music, incense in the atmosphere, and what she liked the most: that small table for two set up on the stage, with those soft lights casting incandescent shadows. It was certainly a pleasant sight, and he was hoping to get it right. He was determined to make each day an unforgettable detail, and that was just the beginning.

He was certainly driving nervous with Angy next to him. He had used that helpless and tactically weak look to convince her so he could blindfold her. He wanted the surprise to be sublime in every way, which is why he did not give in to maintain the absolute anonymity of his destiny.

"I can't handle this," Angy murmured, her fingers intertwined and nervous. Curiosity kills me. You take a lot of trouble but this is too much, even for you.

"You're not going to get me to change my mind." The answer is no. He coughed shamelessly. I'm not going to reveal anything to you. It is confidential, top secret.

-Top secret? She teased, smiling under that dark bandage that made her smile brighter. In a matter of minutes I'll find out.

Dorian laughed.

"But until then, miss, you'd better have a little patience."

"With the hormones kicking in and acting on her own, patience is the last thing you should ask of me."

"I ask you," he insisted affectionately, "because it is necessary and vitally important." He placed his right hand at her knees and gave it a gentle squeeze. When you open your eyes you will agree with me.

The drive took only about fifteen more minutes and they parked on a street near the theater. Dorian stepped forward to open the car door for her and help her out. She was gorgeous in that plum-colored dress, announcing that growing belly. Her hair was down, longer than usual, with the necklace he gave her adorning her neck. To him she was, quite simply, the only woman in the whole world.

"Come," Dorian said softly, catching her around the waist. We haven't arrived yet. You have to walk a few steps.

She sighed and allowed herself to be led.

-A lot is missing?

-Not too much.

"Yeah, and can you tell how much that is?"

-Enough. He gave her a kiss on the back of her neck. Do not be impatient.

Angy grunted in amusement.

-I try. He clicked his tongue. You know I'll take revenge, ”he said, showing a fatal woman's voice.

-Oh yeah? And how do you plan to do it?

"If I told you, it wouldn't be a surprise anymore."

Dorian chuckled.

"I understand you don't like surprises."

"Other reason for paying you in the same currency."

Once they were in front of the entrance doors of the building, Dorian inserted the keys in the lock and opened carefully, trying not to make noise so as not to give clues.

-Already?

Dorian smiled.

"Not yet," he insisted. Hold on a little more.

"Dorian, please ... I don't like locked up."

He grabbed her waist from behind to guide her carefully.

"Trust me, this time yes."

They walked a couple of steps on the theatrical floor and then Dorian concluded that they were just in the perfect spot. He removed the blindfold and pressed his lips to Angy's temple and whispered,

"You can open them now."

Cautiously, keeping in mind that she didn't know what to expect, Angy opened her eyes. When he perceived everything together, in perfect harmony, his face took the lead to accentuate what he was thinking. He took a few steps, admiring, savoring every inch of that place he loved so much. He can not believe it. It was still the same place but with a totally different and romantic air.

She turned and stared at him, while Dorian awaited her words.

"Why did you bring me here?"

Dorian shrugged cheerfully. He was full, in a very good mood.

"Well, you love the theater." And I adore you, so I'm supposed to start making up for lost time and letting go of the past. He ran a hand through his hair thoughtfully, his gaze inspecting every square inch within reach. This is your life, Angy. You love what you do, and there is no one who knows how to do it better than you. His eyes were as bright or brighter than his smile. I'm very proud of you.

Angy let out a sudden sigh.

"I promise not to fail you again."

"You never have…

" "You know what I mean. She took a step forward and moved closer to him, stroking his cheek. That ended. Never more. Nothing like this will happen again. This is not who I am, it does not define me. You are the most important. My priority in this life is summed up in you. I do not need anything else.

"I know, but this is a part of you, and I don't want you to leave it." I don't care if I have to spend my whole life back and forth or if I have to wait for you to come back. I will be delighted. I think I remember that the good is made waiting.

She smiled at him with such a vivid hue that it pierced his body.

"I bet you had help from Evan."

"Well, let's say you lent me the keys to organize everything."

Angy bit her lip.

"Do you think you can get along with him from now on?"

"I'm willing to try anything for you, Angy." He gave her a kiss on the forehead. And yes, I guarantee that we will be friends.

She chuckled.

"I'd like to see that."

"And you'll see…" He winked at her. Would I lie to you?

Without thinking twice, Angy caught him with her body, hugging him with an irresistible life force.

"You're crazy," he whispered, that special twinkle in his eyes. You always end up surprising me. I do not know how you do it. I don't even know how to thank you.

-You do know. Don't stop breathing.

They went up on stage and between lights and shadows they began that evening of utopias. The music seeped into their eardrums and rumbled in their respective hearts. They moved rhythmically to the beat of his heartbeat.

Although the food was delicious, Dorian felt an internal tingling, fluttering butterflies that made it difficult for him to take a bite. He was like a reborn teenager, but with very clear ideas.

-Than? Angy asked, interested in being the object of that look that said it all. What does that look mean?

"Nothing, just that that maternal silhouette looks great on you."

She smirked, hinting that she disagreed.

"You're a little liar ..." "

Not at all." I say truths like fists, and I love seeing your tummy grow bigger every day. It is completely fascinating.

"Dizziness and pain aren't that bad."

"Well, it will be worth it, you'll see."

"Of that I have no doubt." He sighed and his green eyes turned typically feline. I think I have a craving tonight.

-Of what?

She slid her hand over the fine tablecloth to find his.

-Of you.

Dorian smirked.

"I hope you don't hate me." You're going to have me for the next forty or fifty years.

"Well, I'm going to want you for all that time."

-Are you sure what you're saying? He raised an eyebrow. It's a long time ... "

Dorian," he interrupted delicately, "with you an eternity would seem short.

Between laughter, glances, half-light confessions, caresses, murmurs and passionate delusions, time flew by. Suddenly Angy rose to her feet and shed her shoes, showing determined feet.

"This time I'll take the first step," he pointed out. Come on, get up from there and dance with me.

He smiled miles away.

"Is it a decent proposition?"

"As decent as it can be, no doubt." He pursed his lips and held out his hand. Come on, now don't be shy with me.

Dorian got up without hesitation.

-Of course not. He grasped her with a delicious fragility, typical of those who fall in love. I am the perfect candidate to get you dancing.

"Don't score another victory for yourself," he said, putting a finger to her lips. This dance is my thing.

They circled slowly, elliptical, enveloping and dreamy in character. Their bodies were the score and the movements the process that made the music of their enviable interconnected souls play.

With a little mischief, Dorian led her toward the back of the theater. Then he scooped her up and went upstairs. Seconds later they were on the roof, with a luminous detail that stood out: there were a lot of candles drawing the silhouette of the infinite, that eight lying down that for them represented precisely their commitment beyond time.

He put her down but didn't quite let go of her. Angy hid her face against his chest.

"You can't imagine how much I feel right now, Dorian." You give me everything without conditions.

"There's no way he didn't." You also give me everything. I have to keep you by my side no matter what it takes. What you do to get it doesn't matter.

Angy put a hand to her belly and caressed it with extreme delicacy.

"I'm looking forward to having him in my arms." When it happens, everything will be…

”“ Perfect, ”he pointed out. We will be three. A good number.

She kissed the corner of his lips, spellbound by so much emotional well-being.

"Don't be so sure about that," he whispered between big smiles. We could have more.

-All you want. He tucked her hair behind her ear. As long as they look like you, there will be no problem.

"Who says there will be if they look like their father?" She bit her lip, avoiding sighing at having him so close and at her beck and call. You seem like an excellent man to me.

"You see me with good eyes ..."

Angy smiled at the same time that she shook her head.

"It's not what my eyes see, but everything you've done for me." For not letting me go, for not abandoning me, for not giving up… me.

Dorian took several steps, dragging her with him to the ledge. The mantle of stars was intoxicating. A light breeze cooled the temperature. It was an unmatched backdrop.

Angy stood on tiptoe and held him for so long she lost her strength. Then, without having the determination to even blink, he threw up the question that would finally convince her completely.

-You are happy?

Dorian was spellbound as he gazed into those eyes so green and incandescent. After all he had been through, he was clear about the answer.

-Happy? He shook his head. No, I am simply the most complete man there can be in the world. I have everything. I can not ask for anything more. So I guess happiness is not something that suits me, it is not enough to describe this. He would probably have to come up with a new word, but maybe some other time. Now I would like to do something else.

"The what?"

-Steal a kiss from you.

-It is not necessary. He moved to her lips almost to touch them. You can ask me all you want. I won't deny you any.

Taking this at face value, Dorian kissed her as if it were the first and last time. It was special, magical and unrepeatable. The feeling was doubly gratifying knowing that he could kiss her every day of his life.

They were silent for a while, staring at the dark sky. That would be from now on his elevated corner to escape from the rest of the world.

Convinced, Angy searched Dorian's face, piercing him with the most sincere and emotional gaze she could find.

"I've spent a long time wishing I had a life like this, someone with whom I can share my nights and wake up in the morning." I no longer have the need to keep looking. You have made it possible, and I guarantee that there is no one in the world who cares so much about you. There is no one who knows how to love you as I do, nor will there be anyone who can. Never, I can promise you that. I am destined for you; every sigh and every minute have led me on the right path to find you again. Never back away.

-I will not do it. I'm all yours.

That touched his soul.

"I'll ask you one last time." She ran her index finger across his cheek, admiring him just like always. Are you sure this is what you want?

Dorian, unable to contain himself, took her in his arms and kissed her more intensely. Then he brought his lips to her ear and whispered,

"I've never been so sure of anything in my life."

That magnificent morning dawned the next day. The blue of the sky was intense, cloudless, with those indecisive rays making a hole to enter through the blind. Angy sighed from all the hormonal turmoil inside her. He had the ability to see through his eyes everything that awaited him, and it was certainly something he loved. Dorian had had to go to work, but not before covering her with kisses and bringing her breakfast in bed.

She would soon begin rehearsals for the new play. She was back to hand with Evan, and although her pregnancy was not interrupted by anything and sometimes left her exhausted, she wished she could be a mother once and for all. She had discovered it was one of her passions, she just didn't know it. Sometimes fear got the better of her, but knowing she would never be alone again was so comforting that she could only go up.

He kept fiddling with the pendant Dorian had given him. Despite having a certain reluctance to marital commitment, she was willing to eternal commitment, which went far beyond weddings, rings and witnesses. None of that was needed. The fruit inside her was irrefutable proof that her love story had crossed any a priori insurmountable barrier. They had reached their destination. He had known heaven on the mainland.

She got rid of her clothes and got into the shower. He gazed with tremendous respect at the taut skin of her curved, rounded belly. She felt it inside her, breaking through, opening a hole in life. He ran his hands slowly to try to feel it. The wait was eternal, but that feeling was something he would never forget. The water calmed her nerves and she closed her eyes, sighing steadily. He felt a great peace, a slight hiss in his mind. She knew he was there, cradling her, helping her even if it wasn't palpable yet.

She wished he could hear her.

"Look, you're not born yet and my heart already hurts from loving you so much." He smiled effortlessly, without thinking. You're going to be everything to us. Our little miracle, our salvation.

She let the steam envelop her, and when she was satisfied, she got out of the shower and covered herself with a large white towel. The green eyes were real emeralds carved into his sclera. Two gems set in the eyeballs. It seemed that her hue had increased with her well-being. It was the first time that she saw herself precisely as the woman she was: simple and beautiful.

She walked past the large bathroom mirror, but something made her change her mind and she stopped abruptly. Unexpected information crossed his field of vision and flooded his retinas. He waited several seconds to make sure he hadn't been wrong. He swore it was just an illusion, but when he paid more attention, he sensed something on the surface. A clear and direct message. The letters became visible as he approached the mirror. When he read the message, he felt infinitely happy, knowing that the only person responsible for this was Dorian. He couldn't help but smile like never before.

Tension could be cut with a knife. The rehearsals were turning out to be literally agonizing: looks of bewilderment and surprise were pointed directly at Angy, her clothes hanging over her slim frame. The same way they scrutinized Evan's eyes. It didn't seem the same; now he just nodded now and then and spoke only when asked. Everything was turned upside down. There was no communication between them, and Paolo, Fabio, Andrea, Valentina and Demetrio held their breath, fearful that the invisible bomb between them would explode at any moment. A hostile environment that they saw for the first time."I'm exhausted," Andrea complained. Couldn't we take a break?

Dorian listened attentively to the front entrance door open in the distance. The security cameras caught a glimpse of the long golden hair that shone thanks to the sun. Heart shaking with sheer joy, Dorian waited for Nora to appear imminently, wanting to see her again, but it didn't happen exactly the way it was intended. That woman flew by, without making a sound."Nora ..."She didn't answer. He passed by, without even turning his head. He crossed the room and disappeared, probably in the direction of the bedroom. Without thinking,

Dorian wanted everything to come out perfectly; He had secretly planned this dinner for weeks, and hoped the patience required had been worth it. He had taken her to one of the most exclusive restaurants in town, and luckily, he had managed to get them alone.Nora entered the restaurant cautiously, as if she couldn't quite believe she was there. Immediately after noticing her presence, an attentive waiter served her with elegance, asking her to accompany her to her table, located in the center of the enormous room, with elaborate meticulous details.

I couldn't believe it, but there it was. He had tried in every possible way but it had been useless to resist; Those green eyes were watching him closely, and Dorian felt his pulse race. Each heartbeat hit his chest with the force of a hurricane, and he silently asked her not to pull away from him again. He loved her, of that he was sure. Despite the distance, he had never stopped loving her; the imprint she had left on her soul had been so great that not a lifetime would have been enough to forget her. So there she was, silence hanging from her thin lips. He couldn't hide it anymore. He spent his days in Nora's company, but he knew that would never be enough; He could never give her in fifty years what Angela could give her in a matter of days. She had been the first and only woman he had lost his mind for, and now he wasn't sure he had regained it. She felt very close, perhaps too close. There was nothi

That day of good weather the island was full. Nora had decided to go visit her mother; It was her day off, and since Dorian was working she didn't want to be left alone in that gigantic house, so she showed up without warning. However, that turned out to be no problem for Julia, who had not stopped smiling since her young daughter was home, having coffee in the living room."It's weird not being around," Nora sobbed.-Tell me. Everything is too quiet.
