“She’s really pretty.”
Jenson was about to close the door when he saw a hint of confusion on his wife’s very pretty face. “Who, Madison?” He was talking about their nice 42-year old yoga instructor neighbor next door they just bumped into. The lady was tying her shoelaces by the driveway when they arrived. She always jogged past eight. Sometimes, earlier.
He and Charm had just finished having dinner with Darren, Gwen and the guys. They’d already shot the season’s last episode yesterday, so. A little celebration, before brainstorming for the next season even begins. Also, his wife met their new co-producers and other staff and crew when she dropped by the party.
He hung his coat by the doorway and felt his eyebrows furrow. “Hon, who’re we talkin’ about?”
“She must be, like, 21. Looks like a college girl,” Charmaine muttered. “How’d she get the job?”
Jenson noted his wife’s almost animated tone, her attentive stare intriguing him. “Hon…” He approached her to wrap his arms around her waist. “Jessiah? She looks like a college girl; exactly.”
Charmaine avoided his kiss; his mouth landed on her neck. “She’s really pretty.”
“And a lot younger— Come on… Bedtime.” He grinned haughtily. He was surprised when she slapped his hand before it could reach her bottom.
“I told you.”
He swore out loud, then rested his forehead on her shoulder. “Please…”
“Honey, are you joking? Second day. It’s practically Niagara in here.”
He chuckled and kissed her neck again. “Pretty, pretty please?”
