CHAPTER ONEThe world stood still, the earth had meal, opening up almost on daily basis to swallow bodies as the world battled with the air. Men’s social live was taken away and replaced with a solitary life, tracing the virus was like tracing the routes of a bird that just perched on your roof. In this part of the world, we were left with a scoreboard, a red, black, yellow, green board. Like the colour of old Biafra painted on a mud, exaggerating cases, feigning recoveries and deaths, the quarantine centres were enshrined even from the watchdogs.
