Elle est le fruit de l'imagination de ses parents qui, peinant depuis des années à avoir un enfant, se sont façonné en rêve une fille idéale. La vie de Soline bascule quand, un jour, Manon tombe enceinte. Instantanément, la fillette disparaît de son esprit et de celui de Julien, et se retrouve projetée dans un univers parallèle, étrange et biscornu : Le Monde des Rêves Abandonnés. Réceptacle de toutes les histoires inachevées, des amis imaginaires oubliés, des personnages et décors de romans jamais terminés ou de films jamais réalisés...
