2023-12-02 02:51:03Sitting in my office going over reports; my thoughts went back to my conversation with Underwood. I was pleased he agreed to the marriage between my son and his daughter. Austin is four years old, has brown hair and grey eyes. One day he will be the alpha of our pack and the King of our kingdom. Our pack is called the Bloodstone pack, and the kingdom we run is the Crescent terriorty in Isles. My wife is Queen Shelby, she has long beautiful waist length red hair, blue eyes and stands 5'5. She has a body to die for, and is very toned and tanned. Our twins are Edward and Lucas which are three years old, Edward has dark brown hair and brown eyes, where Lucas has a sandy blonde color hair and blue eyes. We were thankful that there were differences between them. Then our daughter is Lilly which is also four months old; she has red hair and green eyes. As for myself, I have black hair that I keep short, with dark green eyes. I stand 6'3, and very musclar and toned even for my age of 43. Between my kingdom and my pack they keep me extremely busy, but I will always find the time to spend it with my family as they come first.
Lost in my thoughts, the ding from my computer brought me back to the present. I swung my chair around so I could open the email. My eyes looked up in shock when I saw it was from Grayson Underwood. I immediately clicked on it to read it. My brows furrowed at the words on my computer screen. Worry over came me by the words written on the screen; so I decided to reply back:
Dearest Grayson;
My heart is full of concern at what you have said. Please send details when you have them. I may have someone that could help; please let me know. I will also be sending a few of my men to help protect your family. I also agree with the summer visiting schedule. We will see you in two weeks for Raven's blessing ceremony. Take care, and if you need anything please don't hestiate to ask.

I pressed send, and quickly rose from my chair. I sent a mind link to all my pack members to meet me in the pack house in 10 minutes. I found my beautiful wife and mate in the nursery with Austin and Lilly. He was so smitten with her and very protective. As I entered, they looked up and smiled so lovingly at me. Austin came running with his arms opened, and without a second thought; I picked him up and hugged him tightly.
"I have to have a emergency meeting with the pack. I will be back as soon as I can" I explained to my wife
"Is everything ok?" She asked with great concern as she placed Lilly into her crib, and rushed to my side
I have never been more proud of my Queen and Luna. I wraped my free arm around her and pulled her close.
"Don't worry my dear, there is no threat here. This concerns the Underwood and their daughter. I'm going to be sending a few of our best men to help watch and guard them. I will explain everything later." I explained. I kissed Austin on his head and sat him down. Then I grabbed my wife and passionately kissed her before letting her go
"I understand and agree completely. Any idea about the threat they are facing?" Shelby asked with concern still in her voice
"No, not as of yet; that I know of anyways. I just seen Graysons' email, and sent a reply. Depending on the nature, will depend on how quickly he let's me know what's going on. If it's not a major threat, he may wait until we attend the blessing ceremony" I explained
"Understood" Shelby said, and then kissed her husband as he turned and left.
"Mommy, what's wrong with Raven?" Austin asked with tears in his eyes
"Oh sweatheart, I don't know. I hope it's nothing" Shelby said trying to sooth the child; knowing he isn't going to understand right now
"I...don't....want" Austin started to say as he began to sob
Shelby quickly picked him up and hugged him close. She sat them down on the rocker, and gently rocked him. He clung to his mother, and sobbed until he fell asleep. She gently placed him in his bed, and stood there admiring her children.

Pack House
Everyone gathered at the pack house waiting for Alpha Hayden to get there. They all knew he would let their Luna Queen Shelby know what was going on before he arrived. As soon as he walked in, everyone bowed their head and placed their right fist over their hearts. The entire room went completely silent. Hayden let out a sight and went to the center of the room.
"It has come to my attention not long ago; that Grayson Underwood has encountered some type of threat. I do not know the details, because the email made it seem like it just surfaced. As you all know, we have arranged for my son Prince Austin and Raven Underwood to wed on her 18th birthday. She will be a great asset to our kingdom and our pack. Raven is a Hybrid which is half witch, half wolf. If the legend is true, she will be powerful in both aspects. As she comes of age, she will learn to use her gifts. The same as her older brother which was born half wolfe half human. Once he turns 13, he will join us here to learn and train until he is 18; at which time he can join us or return home." Hayden explained
"What are you thinking?" Beta Johnson asked
"I want to send four of our best members to guard and watch over the Underwoods" Hayden said
"I agree, I would recommend Rock, Alex, Kyle, and Seth. They always excel in everything they do, and it doesn't put us at risk in case something happens" Johnson answered
"I agree. This is my command: Rock, Alex, Kyle, and Seth report to the Underwood Estates immediately. If you have any problems or have information, you are to inform me at once" Hayden commanded
The four gave them consent and quickly left to propare to leave. Hayden dismissed the others, and returned to the palace and sent a quick email letting Grayson know he was sending four of his best. Afterwards, he found his wife and explained everything that he knew. He took her in his arms and just held her.
