ALLEN  POV

Damn what is this feeling, I have never experienced. I couldn’t understand what was happening. I was unable to move. Something was binding me, just like the time in the woods.As I looked up, the man had bent down to my height, we were only a centimeter apart from our lips touching each other. I got flustered and jumped back hitting my back.

‘are you okay?’ the man asked, trying to help me up. His voice was so manly that I would love to hear him talk every day.

Just as soon as he touched me there was a spark. I immediately shook away his hand. Shocked by the sensation I dint know what to tell. I knew that he wouldn’t believe me if I said I felt a shock. It would look like a pick-up line from 90s.

He out of his kind gesture lent me a helping hand and I outright rejected him. I felt like digging myself up in hole. But if I touched him I knew the animal instinct in me would appear. Where was all this aggressiveness coming from....I couldn't tell.

‘I’m sorry, I’m just not feeling well’ I said hoping he wouldn’t think I’m some arrogant girl.

‘used to what’ I asked hoping that we wouldn’t meet again as I’m embarrassed to the core but at the same time wanting to see his pearly white teeth smile.Now that I notice he has beautiful grey eyes, one that would make me go crazy, his jawline is so perfect, and not to mention his cute lips…I can keep going on... and his hair looks so smooth, I wanted to touch it.

Before I realized my hand was already on his head. Reality shot back, and I pulled back my hand, he purred. Did I just hear it wrong, why would a human purr? Only animals do.When we both realized what position we were in, we stood up, me trying to keep a distance between us and he kind of trying to close that up.

‘I’m sorry. I didn't mean to do it, it's just that I thought you had smooth hair……'damn Allen what are you talking about……'sorry it's just that I always had a dog and you looked just like him so…actually I always did it for my friend to go to sleep…..’ Shit what am I saying.

His face was growing angrier each moment I gave an excuse.

‘I’m seriously sorry, I never intended to do that, I am here for a job interview ……please give me a chance, I will prove you that I take my work seriously’ I said bowing.What did I just tell? I didn't know whether he was my boss or a parent who had come to pick up his child? The latter would be embarrassing as hell. Until I heard

‘ dadddyyyyy’ a kid came running towards the man, hugging his leg.

‘I’m so sorry I dint know you were a parent, I will help myself out, thank you’ I said

‘ wait’ he said, I turned back looking at him for an explanation.

‘you have misunderstood, this is not my child’ he said pointing to the innocent kid who was standing there hugging his leg. How could a parent be so cruel neglecting their child to flirt with someone?

Although I never judge the book by its cover, but this man was a flirt, how could he neglect the baby for another women when he knows he has a wife waiting for him. My brother was right, men are all flirts.

‘ I really respected you, sir, but how could you neglect your child to flirt with another woman, you should be a responsible father, children will always look up to their parents, you should never do these things anywhere and especially in a kindergarten…..look at the cute innocent kid, how could you even think of abandoning him’ I said furiously walking away.

‘Wait Miss’ he said

‘I am seriously going to complain to the head about your wrongdoings as a parent’

‘You passed’ he said

‘What’

‘The interview, this was a test to see if you would flirt with the parents or not’ he said

‘ But why a test like this’

‘Over the years we received a lot of complaints about how teachers are trying to seduce the parents or the reverse, so we were looking for an honest employee who would care for the child’s interest more than her own, and you seem to have impressed me with your sense of thinking, you can start working tomorrow’ he said.

Damn, he’s my boss I am so screwed. I blew him up. I have to apologize.

‘I’m sorry sir, I dint know you were testing me …I’m sorry’

‘It's fine, I know you are honest’ you can go back today and start from 9:00 pm sharp tomorrow. The recruitment procedures will be handled by him, his name is rock. If you have any doubts about the working hours or salary you can contact me.’ he said

‘sir may I know your name’ I asked. It always smart to be on the good side of your boss.

‘Blake, Blake Arston. You can call me Blake’ he said with a wink.

Rock guided me towards a room, where all the formalities were finished. I had to sign a contract for 1 year if breached a fine of 10 billion had to be paid’ that was too much!!! I asked rock if there were any possibilities where he could reduce it, but he refused to reconsider.

‘Are you a permanent or a temporary resident’ he asked ‘Temporary, we’ll be moving out after my brother finishes college’

‘How long is that?’

‘2 years’

‘ hmm okay, you will be given a salary of 1 million a month’ he said. Hearing the amount I was shocked. Nobody would pay so much for a kindergarten teacher no matter how much the school exploits the parent's money.

‘ I guess there are too many zeroes here’ I said pointing out to the salary.

‘If you’d like we could add more’ he said. I do not know whether they are rich billionaires or imposters.
