I groaned as I stretched out across the soft bed, my body aching. My eyes fluttered open and I sitffled a yawn as I tried to turn my body around, but couldn't move. The King's arms were wrapped around my body protectively, holding me tightly to his chest as he slept.
I blushed, my cheeks burning brightly as memories of last night flooded back. All I could think about was the feeling, it was indescribable pleasure. I smiled brightly, energy seeming to course through me as I tried to turn to face the King, Elijah. I gasped in surprised as I saw his dark grey eyes already staring down at me.
He stared at me with no expression, but his eyes spoke volumes. Adoration swam through them as I smiled up at him. "Good morning, my King" I said softly leaning my head against his chest. He leaned down and pressed a kiss to my neck, making me moan soflty as his tongue brushed over his mark.
"Good morning, little one" he said lowly, his husky voice sending pulses straight to my core. "How do you feel?" he murmured kissing my forehead gently. I smiled widely at the sweet gesture, my body buzzing wiht excitement just from being near him.
"I'm a little sore, but I feel so good" I said, my voice coming out more sultry than I had intended. "That's good, baby." he said softly kissing me in every place possible as he spoke. I couldn't get enough of him.
"We have to get up soon, my love. Its time for me to get to work" he told me, finally unwrapping his arms around me as he stood up. I glanced up at the clock by the wall and paled as I realised how late I was. I sat up as quickly as possible and jumped out of the bed, but as soon as I put my weight onto my legs gravity pulled me down and I fell onto my knees.
The King was by my side within seconds lofting me up into his arms. "S-sorry, my lord. I'm late for work" I murmured Nervously looking down at my fingers. "You don't work anymore, Mariah. You are mine. You will stay by my side from now until forever." he said kissing me forehead as he laid me down on the bed.
